the work they did was perfect it took 6 months to get everything done that was the only drawback Julio and Derek did their best to push things along. read more

Not good at all, there are still issues with the work they did. Instead of trying to get them back to repair their shoddy work, I found it easier to just do it myself and get it right the first time. Avoid this company. read more

The best experience with Quality Contracting was Derek Pappas. He gets a 5 star rating for his help throughout our insurance claim. It was a difficult year of work on the house and he made it go well and was so pleasant, making it so much easier than it may have been. Thank you Derek! read more

We worked with Jeff Sasseville when we unexpectedly had a water/mold issue in our bathroom, and could not be more pleased with his responsiveness, thoroughness and the care he took to see our project from start to finish. He's honest and straightforward: no surprises! It is so difficult to get reliable help these days so we were more than thrilled to meet Jeff and wouldn't hesitate to call on him for any future house projects. read more

If your looking for Quality don't go to Quality Contracting. Did they do a better job with doing the appraisal yes..but when it comes to follow through or Quality work they have a long way to go. If this review does anything then maybe it will give the upper management the insite that the companies they contract out to needs to care about there quality of service that they are providing. I know it has been a tough economy to hire but it shouldn't change expectations. There is one person that has been consistent and it appears he is sent to fix others mistakes his name is Steve and he does deserve credit for all of the hard work he has put in and time spent correcting others mistakes and he deserves 5 stars. Update- The manager Jon was upset about my review and asked me to take it down. Well a year later they have not finished the work that was promised. I have a front door not painted, closet doors not painted as well as a whole house that was supposed to be touched up because the painters they hired did a lousy job. Professional painters that leave paint on all of the trim . Wood trim with gauges that were supposed to be replaced that I have confirmed in an email but they are denying. Cleaners that were supposed to come back that never came back. Dimmer switches that weren't installed. Doors knobs not installed properly and missing light switch covers. It is hard to lose majority of your belongings in a house fire. Then to have things thrown away that they were was asked to save and missing valuables that are not acknowledged. To be told we will put your house back to before the fire.. Nothing like being taken advantage of at one of the worst times in my life. I can see by a few other reviews that I am not the only person who experienced poor quality work and a lousy experience with a company that doesn't care. *I only added 2 photos but closet doors left like this and trim never stained Looks like I am going to be looking for a construction litigation attorney! read more

Once upon a time.......... My wife and I have been in our home close to 40 years when I arrived home early for a dental appointment One afternoon. I opened the door to my home and was greeted with almost 2" of water in my home. Finding out the toilet supply line had broken and had been gushing water for who knows how long. House is on a slab. all the flooring was now trash. We called our insurance company and the following day we met Quality Contracting! Being in construction well over 40 years I was now "on the other side of the fence" not servicing others but being serviced. I had a pretty good idea how things should go and I will say my wife and I were treated by Quality Contracting with the utmost respect and care throughout the process that was soon to follow for the next few months as the remediation and reconstruction began. I can say firsthand the teams that came from Quality Contracting led by Jason Gariau and George Germaine exuded professionalism to the highest degree. Hand picked and well groomed they kept us informed at every step. They left nothing out and even handled everything with the insurance company , Mafre who was also every bit as good as Quality Contracting and their management. It is very apparent this was not their first time working together. As I write this my wife and I are back home, not quite unpacked but very happy and satisfied with all the work that was completed by their teams. We do NOT have a punch list of items they need to return for, it is all complete. Being in construction as long as I have, I tendency to set the bar of expectation and Quality pretty high and I will say executive management at Quality Contracting have done well selecting George, Jason with their teams who exceeded my expectations and absolutely would do it all over again if necessary. I highly commend Quality Contracting for a job well done and recommend their services. First rate and first class. Gerry & Lauree Patriquin read more

Quality Contracting, Inc. General contractor PLACE DETAILS Kimberly Fosher I am not sure how to begin to share my RAVE review for QUALITY CONTRACTING. 10 +++++++ Stars. Amazing, Excellent Customer Service! John Gibbons and his outstanding, incredible crew went above and beyond. I had an upstairs neighbors pipe burst due to the maintenance people in my complex hitting the wrong pipe. Huge water leak into my bathroom causing the ceiling, walls and tiles having to be removed. I can't express enough how Quality Contracting was so concerned about getting this problem fixed for me right away. Especially having only one bathroom they made it so convenient for me to still be able to use during the damage. The updated phone calls, checking in on me and scheduling appts according to my daily schedule. The crew always arrived on time and explained everything they would be doing. My bathroom is very small with no windows. I truly felt so badly for the two AMAZING guys (I wish I remembered their names to give them a HUGE shout out!) They were in there for hours breaking down the ceiling, tiles, removing vanity etc. NO complaints at how hot it was in that small space for the both of them to be working in. Plus they were up and down stairs constantly getting more equipment. I even asked to help they were working SO hard. Mind you when their heavy full face masks came off believe it or not they were smiling!! They completed so much work I truly stood there in amazement! The topper was how immaculate they left the bathroom. Everything was unbelievably spotless! They took all their huge bags of numerous trash making several trips to their truck. This is only the beginning of putting my bathroom back together. I SO look forward to working through this whole process with Quality Contractors. If I am SO pleased now with just the removal of the damage I cannot wait to see once they start putting it all back together. Talk about Outstanding, caring, very concerned, professional, knowledgeable customer service! Their name definitely speaks for itself! You bet I will be telling others who to call if they are looking for a #1 Contracting Service. HUGE Thanks for putting a HUGE smile on my face! Kimberly Fosher Yay! I found out their names! I used this company a few times over the last couples of years. The estimate came in at a reasonable price and they performed in a timely manner. More importantly, there craftsmanship was spot on. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future. read more

Yes they took our insurance claim and got the insurance company to accept their recommendation. They then proceeded to fall short of every expectation, piss off the local town inspector multiple times, and steal my iPhone that I kept in the bathroom while denying it ever happened...only to replace it with a down-version that barely worked for three months only to have my phone show up on the Find My iPhone app when it finally was turned on. If you use this company, watch your valuables and be prepared for estimates at double the time predicted.......,, read more

Quality Contracting recently built a barn in my backyard. From start to finish they were professional and helpful. The communication process from the first meeting to the final product was easy and comfortable. Jon and his team went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were not only met but exceeded. He eliminated my worries by knowing exactly what I wanted before I did! I was so happy with their service I use Quality Contracting for my personal business' contracting needs as well. I recommend this company to my family and friends and would highly suggest calling for an inquiry if you're in the market for a contractor. read more
