Our front porch was in need of some major updating (a lot of rotting wood, railings were wobbly, pillar trim and paint coming off, etc). They were able to squeeze us in their busy schedule which I totally appreciate. Jason was very honest with what work needed to be done as I initially only asked for new railings. I didn't want to wait until the rotting wood got worse so I agreed and trusted his professional opinion. Thank goodness I did because there was a little more damage from water and ants that he found which I didn't want to deal with down the road. He used pvc to wrap the base of the pillars (which looks so much better and well proportioned) and replaced all our risers and kick board with pvc too. I am all for low maintenance so I'm glad I don't have to worry about rotting wood again! He even replaced our electrical outlet to a more low profile one. Jason is a perfectionist...very detail-oriented and meticulous, he kept pointing things out that I would never have noticed and fixed the issue promptly. He and his worker were respectful of the property, cleaned up after themselves, and were on time. I can't forget about Kristin (Jason's wife and company manager) who was very communicative in regards to scheduling, estimates, etc. She was very responsive and got back to me quickly whenever I had a question (a rare trait these days!). Overall, I would definitely recommend Bonsai Builders and look forward to hiring them again in the future. I've already received so many compliments online. Even my neighbor stopped to say how beautiful it came out as she was driving away. Hire them, you won't regret it!!

Austin came over soon after we made our request, gave us a fair quote, and began the first part of the repair soon after. The project was in two parts because part of the damage was under solar panels. So we paid for what he did, and stayed in touch as the installers weren't able to get to us for weeks. Final roofing work happened yesterday, and he also replaced two shingles that had fallen since he'd left (not his fault). Easy to communicate with, generally responded same day or next day. Would use again.

I decided on him out of 4 others, signed a contract and he asked for a $2,000 downpayment for supplies on May 29th. He claimed he purchased 3 Anderson windows, but I never saw them. My yard has never looked better--clean, well-maintained, and honestly something I'm proud to show off now. He's one of the most honest and dependable people I've worked with. You can tell right away that he treats every project as if it were his own home--no shortcuts, no cutting corners, just solid, quality work done right. If you're looking for someone you can trust to take care of your property inside and out, Inside Out Services is the real deal. Highly recommend!

He was paid upfront and pushed for more money. The BRAND NEW house is nothing but shoddy, lazy, careless work. Leaks are consistent throughout the house, the basement is moldy due to water leakage, there's continuous unfinished work, and cheap construction materials. When things started to surface, he had his friends write 5 star reviews saying he repaired their house fire damages EXACTLY at the same time he was building our house and complaining that it was taking too long. Dominick is down right obnoxious onsite and a theft at best, charging our family for ONE fixture FIVE times, and that doesn't even scratch the surface. Insurance wasn't much help and hundreds of thousands of dollars were robbed from my elderly relatives. I would never in good conscience recommend this company, or this "man", to anyone. He doesn't have the decency to treat a family who suffered a house fire with enough respect to give them something livable. Shameful.
