I hired Crown Home Improvement in summer 2020 to repair some minor roof damage from a recent…read morewindstorm. Douglas showed up immediately, provided a very timely estimate, and was able to get started on the work very soon thereafter. From initial consultation to start of the work, everything was smooth and very simple - he explained very clearly what was needed and kept making sure I had no questions. During the same visit, as he was assessing the roof on my garage, he inquired if I ever considered a skylight for the bonus room. In like manner, he had an assessment and estimate in my hands and, after I agreed, likewise made a point to begin the work as soon as he could. I've attached pictures to show progress. I am beyond pleased with the final product. Not only did they install a beautiful skylight, they repainted the rest of the wall to match and the finished work looks as if it were installed as part of the original bonus room. Douglas and his team clearly know roofing, windows, and framing. And their skills back up their work. To make things even better, when a subsequent wind & rain storm resulted in a few drips on the sides of the skylight, Douglas and team were back within days to reassess their work - they removed the skylight, re-checked and shored up the lining, and reinstalled the window in less than a day at no additional cost. Douglas and his company stand by their word and their work. It is a lost attribute in this world of service-providers, and thus working with them was refreshing. Looking forward to the next project where I can bring them in.

We got a prompt response from Crown Home Improvement and the owner took the time to come up and paint the ceiling himself because of our short turnaround time. Great communication throughout the process, and the workers were so polite and respectful. They cleaned everything up at the end of each day and were lovely to have around. Brutal experience with them back in 2022-2024. Would take weeks and, more than once, even months…read moreto get them to come back and do any work (see screenshots of my text interactions with them -- note the dates). They were supposed to build a new rubber roof. It started leaking on 3 separate occasions (which btw was never fully fixed -- we moved on to different contractors who did address the issues). And like I said, it would take months for them to actually come back and attempt to fix anything. Often they'd come by, look at the damage, then I wouldn't hear from them for multiple weeks. Meanwhile, more damage continues to accrue to the walls and ceilings. The internal fixes they applied for the water damage were just patch jobs. They just plastered and painted over. Meanwhile, the insulation behind the wall was soaked and accrued black mold that we had to address later. Also worth pointing out a major blunder at the beginning of the project (see attached videos and pics). They opened up the roof, and left it open for multiple days without doing any work. Well of course a major rainstorm came by (which was on the weather forecast well in advance). Alll that water poured into the house in the middle of the night setting off fire alarms. It was a nightmare to deal with on my end.

No drama, no headaches, no mess, no nonsense - simply honest and trustworthy service from a bunch of fence installation professionals. We called Elcio multiple times, left messages, emailed. No response at all! I wondered if he is still in business. We had another company take a look and discovered that the posts the gates are attached to do not have cement in them. The gates were sticking to the posts because the posts are moving. Very disappointed, especially since I thought Elcio and crew were very nice. He could have had the courtesy to return calls and messages. I would not use E&D fencing again!

Our experience working with Beroli Construction on a bathroom update (new shower/tub/tile/fixtures…read moreplus new medicine cabinet, towel racks, trim and painting throughout was very positive. First and foremost, the work done was of high quality, it looks fantastic, and we are extremely happy with the results! In addition, the overall process from design/estimates to demolition and construction was as good as it gets. The crew always showed up on time, was pleasant, worked hard, and left the work areas clean at the end of each day. One of the things that Beroli excels at is communication. Each day we always knew who would be there, what time they were arriving, and what they were going to work on. Anything unexpected or needing a decision was always brought to our attention immediately. Beroli's entire staff always gave a sense of urgency to make sure that we were happy with the results of every aspect of the project; no detail was too small. We greatly appreciate the professionalism, hard work and quality results and would not hesitate to use Beroli again on future projects or recommend them to others.

Jackson is extremely responsive and easy to communicate with.
