BUYER BEWARE! They'll rip you off if they can. I bought a car and it died in the first month and they didn't stand behind it.

RC Motors - RUST FREE JEEP WRANGLER FROM FLORIDA

I purchased a Honda Shadow from Robert at RC Motors. When I originally called, he was at an airport…read morein Florida, flying back to MA. This was on a Sunday. The bike was listed for a great price, and others similarly priced that I had found online were all sold by the time I inquired about them. He told me he could probably meet me at 8, but to text him at 6 to make sure we were still on. Not wanting to miss this deal, I rented a Uhaul (as they close at 5) and crossed my fingers that he would still be up for meeting me when I texted him. Fortunately, he was still up to sell me a bike after traveling all day. This was my first motorcycle, and I had a checklist of things to look for, but, besides that, I was utterly clueless about bikes. Robert patiently went over all the bike's features with me, even to the point of telling my companion how to properly mount and position herself for when I take her on rides. So, I bought the gorgeous bike which was over $1000 under NADA suggested retail. When I went to load the bike, I discovered the 10' box truck I had rented didn't have a ramp! Ugh! Luckily, Robert found a plank and assisted me with loading it. We ended up having to load it off the elevated bit of the parking area next door, but we managed. He also then assisted me in how and where to appropriately hook and secure the bike to the inside of the Uhaul. He even gave me the plank for whatever my plan to get the bike off at my home was (that was an adventure). I've been riding the bike for a week now and have put 200 miles on it. I haven't had a mechanic look at it yet, but it's been running beautifully and passed inspection without any issue. Overall, I had a very positive experience acquiring my first bike from RC Motors. Much thanks!

After two weeks of looking for a car and being harassed by pushy sales people, it was a relief…read moretalking to Mike and Rob. They took the time to get to know me and once we settled on the car we wanted and the price, everything else was smooth sailing. They took care of all the paper work and even took some time to get the car serviced (even subtle details like changing the batteries in the key fobs) and washed. But what impressed me the most was that they decided to have the brakes serviced before I went and picked it up because they were getting worn (they likely would have lasted me 5-10 thousand miles). A lesser dealer would have just swept that under the rug. The car had been great ever since and really was a great deal. If you're looking for a car i would start your search here, if I had, I wouldn't have to keep blocking calls from all these pushy sales people.

It's not easy finding a Mazda dealership in the Boston area (they are all at least a 45 minute…read moredrive from Cambridge) and even harder to find one that had the exact model, trim and color I was looking for. I'd done my homework on what I wanted, and since Mazda USA lets you search dealership inventory I found my car at North End Subaru-Mazda. My story could end here, but it doesn't. It turns out that I have pretty good taste... In between the time I talked to Lauren about pricing for the car and going out to buy the car, it got sold to someone else! This could have thrown a major wrench into things, and if Lauren was like any of the other salespeople I'd been dealing with she could have tried to sell me a car on the lot, but instead she located the exact car I wanted and brought it to my office so I didn't have to go all the way out to Lunenburg to pick it up. I only had to wait 3 business days for my car. If that's not service, I don't know what is! I mean, other dealers were trying to get me to commit to buying cars that were still on the ship that were different trim/color, and Lauren got me exactly what I wanted at a price that worked for me, as well as went out of her way to deliver it to my door. She also took an extra 45 minutes to give me a basic tutorial on all the features of the car's navigation system, and Mazda's warranty/service plan. If you're looking at a Mazda, good for you! If you're looking to buy a car on your terms, go to North End and ask for Lauren. Unlike the other dealerships I contacted, she took me seriously and didn't try to intimidate me with pricing and numbers and was, well, as sweet as can be! She won me over, just by being a REAL person and doing a stellar job to get me the car that I wanted. One other thing - while I've raved about Lauren, here's an additional note about dealership, which speaks to their M.O. - there was no funny math in pricing my new car, and no messing around with my trade-in which was a 2004 VW... Anyone else could have written off my old car or underpriced me, but they gave me a fair price in the KBB range which is more than I expected.

Do not. I reiterate. Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. I went there in July of 2017, and…read morewas referred to a salesman ( name withheld as a generous gift). I identified myself as a first coust of a former salesman who sold cars with this individual. He did everything possible as far as going out of his way to forget I gave him a $500.00 deposit. Got a runaround regarding the cars being ready due to a paint touch-up issue. Was Bullshit that he put words in my mouth (in retrospect it may have been a 4:20 p.m issue). Didn't have the balls to be at the dealership the night I picked up the car. Fluffed me off to another salesman. On a very recent service issue with my cx5 regarding the car not recognizing it was or wasn't in Park (another dealer in Worcester identified the issue. It was a center stick PNRD that needed to be replaced. (I mentioned to my friend that I thought they would stoop low enough to blame it on a remote starter that I had installed at a lesser cost than what the dealership would Rape me at), and in fact that's just what they did. Stay away from this dealership. Went to Patrick Mazda in Worcester. Highly recommend this dealership. No Shit at all. Phil Cormier. Fitchburg, MA. FRA

The people there are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. On several occasions I have dropped in to have my vehicles looked at and they have usually been able to work on any repairs the same day. For scheduled appointments they can offer a loaner vehicle. At each visit they do a thorough inspection of your vehicle and let you know of any issues that might pose a problem, "down the road", along with a detailed repair estimate. They have always been done on time and within the estimated cost for repairs. I am very happy with the service they provide and will remain a loyal, repeat customer.

I ended up purchasing the car and was happy with the whole process. It was quick and painless and the service provided from Steve was awesome. The car was completely safety inspected and I had a warranty with them for anything that happened. After about 2 months an O2 sensor went on the car and I knew I wasn't under warranty. I called Steve asking him what could be done and if he knew a good mechanic. He told me to bring it to his mechanic and he would take care of everything. I brought the car down the next day and was able to pick it up the same day. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and thought the least I could give back was a review. I highly recommend buying a car from these guys. Thanks Steve!!
