He appeared to work hard and I genuinely appreciated his effort. However, after seeing the end result more clearly, I've realized the job was left incomplete and unprofessional--the area around the installation was left damaged and unfinished (see attached photo). Looking back, I wish the worker had been honest up front and told me if he wasn't able to handle this type of installation. Instead, the job was done poorly, and I was left with a mess to fix. It's disappointing, because I was understanding and respectful during the appointment, at the end I offered water and a bathroom break since he seemed frustrated. I did not receive any follow-up or acknowledgment for my original review, which makes this experience even more frustrating. If you are considering using this business for peephole camera installation, I would recommend asking for examples of similar work first and ensuring they are truly qualified before hiring.

Picked up earlier today and it looks good as new. Paid the quoted $10 and walked out the door (literally a store front) and was about to get in my car when the owner ran out to give me $3 back... he gave me a discount!
