From the moment I called him on Sunday morning (waking him up through their 24 service number at 6:30am!) to the minute he finished the emergency lock service he was awesome. Respectful, polite, knowledgeable, skilled and most importantly, he fixed the issue and got us into one of the buildings we mange that we had a lock out in right away. Paragon is a top notch company (we are in the property management and construction business for 30+ years so that is a lot to say) and we appreciate Eli's efforts so much. I went with Metro as the were so highly recommended, and there were reviews that said they were 'reasonably' priced which made me question what the going rate was. After speaking to others, I realize I'd been had. I wish I'd read the 1 star reviews first which complain about being over charged. When I called to get a quote I was told they'd have to see and access what kind of locks we had first. In hindsight, I should have pushed further for a quote and sent a picture of my locks.
