I immediately noticed her of the mistake she agreed to reverse the funds. However, a revised invoice was submitted to me 2 days later after I left multiple messages via email, voicemail and text stating additional cost have been added and she is only returning partial funds. I stated to her that isn't how business is conducted and she doesn't decide how the customer money should be distributed without the customer's permission. Prior to doing anything that supersedes the set budget a company reached out to the customer and in this case she didn't; the additional cost was unclear. I asked the the owner to contact me to go over the revised contract in detail and waited for her call, she text and threaten legal action if I pursue anything. The initial contact was a estimate of cost with the understanding my set budget. I had no issues paying the PayPal amount, my issue is she decided to keep the overage and incorporated additional cost. There was over 300 balloons ordered but only 5 or 6 inflated, the food was burnt, I handled the events except for 1 by myself but she billed for additional hours. In the end she should have reversed the overage as agreed and we could have negotiated a price difference. Poor business practices erases the integrity of a business. She posted pictures from my daughter's party as though we were happy with her company's services. Wow!

I ended up coming through this area a few times and with this Sheetz visit, I think I completed the few that were in this area. I usually need to stop part way on my way home to use the facilities or get fuel. For today's visit I needed the facilities and maybe some food (I hadn't eaten at that point). This is as near to a brand new store as you can get. The lot is huge, on a corner at a busy intersection. Along with a large lot, the store is large as well. Inside, it has that truck stop feel that some of the newer locations has. Big, bright, nice sized seating area. I went in and tapped the screen to place my order. While it is being prepared I make my way to the facilities. The facilities were immaculate, which were a bit of a surprise given how busy the store was. The food was as I expected, and missed. I made sure to get enough to enjoy on my ride and then for when I got to my destination. But before I left the lot, I took a few minutes to enjoy the night air. I putzed around outside for a few minutes and took in a phone call before jumping back into the car to head the rest of the way home.

The also had a fairly decent salad bar which makes the difference in my opinion. They had about 20 items, though the sneeze shield was pretty low making some of the items in the back a little tricky to reach. While I wouldn't go so far as to say this was an outstanding pizza buffet, it was certainly worth the visit. Good service too by the way.

I was told I couldn't order the small 6" pizza and 8 boneless wings from the menu provided to me in the dinning room. Waitress said I must order a medium pizza and could only order wings online. What?? no info to that effect on their website. Why give me a full menu then tell me I can't order any of the items I want? Hand Tossed sausage pizza was on par with Dominos ($15.14 medium). In hindsight, driving through Hardee's for a roast beef sandwich would have been far cheaper ($7) with more healthful better food and at least some protein to offset all the carbs. I informed Honda Service Rep as he recommended Pizza Hut. He was very surprised to hear I couldn't order menu items. Just moved back to the area; won't make mistake of going to Pizza Hut Greencastle again.

First it was the onion rings, then my fallback was the tots. With that gone, it really has made me (and I am sure many other people out there) cut back on my dependency on Sheetz. It hits home when you see how large the lot is to allow for movement of the bigger vehicles. And mostly, it is kind of a given when you notice the proximity to all the distribution depots just up the road. It is really well positioned as well as it sit at the exit off of I-81. Not to mention that this is the main throughfare in the area. With it being of the truck stop caliber, this place is huge, inside and out. I like the ones that give off that vibe, it feels bigger. Higher ceilings, larger floorspace, brighter, facilities are just bigger. Giving off a welcoming atmosphere. It is a great stop during your travel. It allows for food, use of facilities, fueling up your vehicle, and a few other things. I know if I take this route on one of my many trips home, I will most likely stop here again.
