I called three different roofing companies and Alex came out the same day. I never even got a call back from other two places. Ever since that first visit Alex has been a fantastic communicator. His crew came out and replaced the roof and vents in one day. His other crew came to replace all the gutters and downspouts. They even hung a new gutter/spout by the front door entrance and told me it would be no charge. Alex also personally replaced our hail-damaged screens. Now for the icing on the cake. Because we chose impact resistant shingles we are eligible for a significant reduction in our homeowners insurance. Alex took care of all the paperwork and communicated directly with our insurance company to make that happen. THAT is customer service and blew me away when he told me he would do that. The work and service Alex and his crews provided was top notch and we are very happy we chose Alex Roofing and Remodeling.

I had a leak that was destroying my bathroom and had attempted to fix the job myself. After that didn't work, I found an Angie's List deal for a roof inspection and minor fixes, hoping to get to the root of the problem, while also hoping it would be a quick fix. Alas it was not, but Roland found the source of the leak in a place I would NEVER have thought to look (which is why you hire a professional...) and probably saved my kitchen ceiling in the process. Knowing that I had a very limited budget, he completely worked with me. Was very kind and courteous and explained everything very thoroughly and exactly what my options were. What I needed and what I didn't. They did the work immediately and were insanely fast. Price was great. Plus, JenPro stands by their work. Next time I need roof work, JenPro is where I'm going! They came out within 48 hours, quoted within 12 hours after that, and came by within another 72 hours to get it done. It was truly impressive. Especially when I had 4 other roofers come out, say they'll provide a quote, 3/4 of which never did, and 1 which did but never responded to a follow-up question. I contacted Salvador on a Sunday afternoon via their website and they were out Monday afternoon to inspect the damage, had a very thorough quote complete with photos sent by Monday evening, roof repaired (replace decking, shingles, flashing, and sealed all other flashing points) by Tuesday afternoon, and ceiling repaired and painted by Thursday afternoon.
