I chose to have a metal roof installed. I was super excited about it. From the start I had to blindly navigate my metal choices with out much help from them. I liked a certain look and they recommended a certain metal. This metal should not be installed on older homes and it should of never been recommended for my 85 year old house. The metal is crimped and buckled and looks like its already been through a hail storm. I set up an onsite appointment with them to discuss the poorly installed roof and they were a no call no show. Finally after a week they showed up. They did replace a few panels and called it done. Leo Miller said himself "It looks good from afar". Well yes it does. But get closer and it's a horrible mess. I asked one of the sons if this was a roof he would want on his house. And he said NO. So here I sit with a new metal roof that looks damaged already. They have done ALOT of homes in my area and every single one of them have had a Leo Miller sign out front. Welp, they never put one in my yard. Wonder why....... oh because it's not a quality install. I do not recommend this company. There are many other companies out there that will give you better service and a better looking roof.

Despite the fact that the roof was probably five years old or older, Jesse reviewed pictures of the vent and agreed that the proper vent should have been installed at the time of the roof replacement. Within two days he had a roofer out to our house and the dryer vent replaced. Bottom line - fast, efficient service and would consider using them again.

I was a bit apprehensive going with Hernandez Roofing, especially with paying half the amount up-front, but I felt more confident going after meeting the owner, Jonathon Hernandez. He's very courteous and professional and didn't have that scammy feel like some contractors. Ivan came out to take the measurements - he was friendly and professional as well. The quote came out to being right around my insurance coverage - they must all have similar numbers. There was some miscommunication involved when I did a walk-thru just before final payment and noticed that the roof on the attached shed was missed. However, Ivan took care of it without charging extra. The roofing crew that came out to do the job took one full day. They worked hard and kept the area clean. Even then, we still found about 40 nails around the yard, which likely would've happened after any roofing job. After final payment, it did take a couple days to be provided with a receipt for insurance reimbursement and the warranty transfer form but it's understandable for a growing company. Overall a very fortunate Yelp find for us. We'll be using Hernandez Roofing again.

I called three different roofing companies and Alex came out the same day. I never even got a call back from other two places. Ever since that first visit Alex has been a fantastic communicator. His crew came out and replaced the roof and vents in one day. His other crew came to replace all the gutters and downspouts. They even hung a new gutter/spout by the front door entrance and told me it would be no charge. Alex also personally replaced our hail-damaged screens. Now for the icing on the cake. Because we chose impact resistant shingles we are eligible for a significant reduction in our homeowners insurance. Alex took care of all the paperwork and communicated directly with our insurance company to make that happen. THAT is customer service and blew me away when he told me he would do that. The work and service Alex and his crews provided was top notch and we are very happy we chose Alex Roofing and Remodeling.

They inspected the job and proposed repairs to which I agreed and paid them half their quote to do the work. After spending less than four hours at the site, they did very little to identify the source of the leak but only spread silicone sealant on the wall panels over a large area the wall that looked terrible. They left considering the work done and were expect the balance of the payment. They have since agreed to reduce the cost of the work (ackowledging the sub-standard result), that normally I would have expected a full refund for, since it was done so poorly. I now have to replace the wall as it is beyond repairing in a way that would be acceptable. Do not work with this company.
