First, the good: the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The space is clean and the Butter chicken is tasty. The bad: Don't let the coupon for BoGo or the chalkboard special for BoGo fool you. It's not a good deal and it should be more transparent about what you get and how much it is so you can make an informed choice. The price is $22.99 for 2 - 16 ounce containers of your choice of 4 items (chicken Tikka, Tikka Masala, etc) and 2 - 8 ounce container's of rice. No where on the printed menu is an item that is $22.99 which makes this so called "special" very deceptive and an unfortunate first impression. I ordered the Tikka to go and was very surprised at the small amount of food which was almost $25. I asked for it to be cooked with a mild to medium heat. When I got home, the food was unbearably spicy to the point it upset my stomach and my husband is from Trinidad and loves spicy and it was too much for him. So beware of the spice level. Back to the good: I called to mention the issue I had with the level of heat and they quickly and kindly offered to replace it with completely mild spicy. Although I did have to drive back up and get it, and I had a conversation regarding the transparency of the."special" and how the combos looked to be a better deal and if I had known, I would have made a better choice.

The guy at the register was like "oh whoops sorry." Nonchalant, doesn't care. If you don't feel like coming out to my car with the order, then don't offer it. Then I tried the food. I got a 2 dish veggie combo- The food was decent but I found hair (short black hair) in my rice and called the store. The people answering it had the most apathetic "I couldn't care less." tone. Finally the "manager" said he would refund my money. Sad because this could have been a decent place for me to go to in the future. But I'm not a fan of the attitude. I assume the place is new but if the staff have such an apathetic attitude, I don't see the point in engaging with such a place.

The food was nicely, displayed, prepared and hot very hot and delicious. Hot as in heat, not hot as some spicy because we didn't order it that way. this place came highly recommended by another Indian restaurant. So you know it had to be good. If I could just change one thing, it would be to take out the big seats that are in the Kashmir chicken. But otherwise everything was good. The rifle was fluffy and delicious. The cheese Nan bread was gooey gooey and my Kashmir chicken just had the right amount of spice. My husband had the birani chicken that he could've eaten for days, but it was so delicious thar He ate it in one sitting

We saw only a few items , but costing $20+ per person and we were 4 of us. All the food trays were empty and the food was served cold while it was 12 noon. We checked with the manager about this and asked if they could serve the food hot. We didn't get a very positive response but he kept saying the food is hot. We had started eating and were in dilemma to continue eating or just pay and leave. Finally we were frustrated and decided to leave the place. We asked for the bill, and he charged us for two people originally and charged it to one person. We paid the bill and left the place. I didn't want to post this, that's why it took me about 3-4 weeks. But I still wanted to put it out there so that they can take the customers bit seriously for the food they serve and the money they charge. While they run their business to earn dollars they should think that even the customers that visit them work hard thru the week and just want to spend some good time with their family on a weekend, and they pay from their hard earned money. So it's mutual. Don't take your customers for granted, and serve them whatever in the name of Indian food. This is nowhere Indian both in terms of taste or service. Please change your restaurant name anything but India., because I know you are not an Indian restaurant.

It also was a modern design that made this place feel a bit more upscale than typical Indian restaurants. After looking at menu and buffet, we chose the buffet which was a great choice! They had many delicious options to choose from including butter chicken, spinach paneer, Biryani rice, naan pizza, curry goat, and more. And it was all at a very affordable price. (And midday it wasn't super busy which could make it a nice family friendly option.) Our waiter was also very attentive to our needs and kind. Service was good. We only had small plates - Edamame Masala Croquetted (VG) and Eggplant & Potato Chaat (VG, GF). Both were very tasty, but the Edamame had a little bit of kick to it due to the masala's they used. We didn't end up ordering any entrees because the small plates were a good portion for 2 people. The menu itself looks very delicious with a mix of Indian and Fusion. Lots of vegetarian options and they're willing to customize many items. Overall, it was a good experience. I'd def come back for another visit.

You'll find it toward the far end of the plaza (near The Bagel Bin and neighboring shops), with free parking just a short walk away. Inside, the space is modest in size but thoughtfully arranged. Seating feels comfortable without being cramped, and the décor leans simple and clean--warm wood tones, minimal accents, and an overall relaxed vibe that lets the food take center stage. The menu features Indo-Nepalese cuisine, and this is where they really shine. Our group sampled a variety of dishes, each customized to our preferred spice levels--and every one of them was spot on. The Nepal dish of Chicken Momo dumplings completely filled the dish and I was too slow in grabbing an immediate pic but it was shared among 4 of us.The sauces were rich, layered, and full of flavor. I also have to say their Garlic naan bread was one of the most delicious I have tasted in the many versions of naan bread I have eaten. Light, chewy but still tender and full of bits of garlic that almost melted in my mouth, truly tasted freshly made. Portions are generous, and I'll admit I didn't mind having leftovers...especially since mine disappeared later that same day without hesitation. Service was warm and attentive, adding to an already enjoyable experience. They also offer a weekend lunch buffet (Friday through Sunday) at a reasonable price, which is definitely on my list for a return visit. Whether dining in or grabbing takeout, this is a spot worth keeping in rotation if you're craving bold, comforting flavors. I will definitely return to try more of their selections.

Kabob n Karahi uses authentic spices, and what you get is like the difference between chef boyardee and actually going to Italy. This is a very local chain, and the restaurant honestly feels a bit like a high school cafeteria. It's probably not the place to go for a date night. :) This is why I have gotten take out 47191 times and eaten there once. The food is amazing, and going in does have the benefit that they'll often have specials not in the menu. I'm currently polishing off a lamb kabob, and I actually found a black cardamom pod in it. That's such a different flavour than you'll get most places (and despite the name, it's not cardomom). It's rich in sumac and just YUM. Stop in and grab dinner in the way home, for something flavourful, unique, authentic and just plain different.
