The delivery & installation process is absolutely the worst possible. You would think the delivery would be free after you spend $25,000 on a refrigerator, stove and a wall oven; but it's not. Installation of Subzero and Wolfe appliances require precise and one of kind electrical plumbing rough-ins, which Fergurson does not communicate on the phone or early. So you are constantly email this lady who has 0 field experience. She becomes a human emailer of the spec sheets, which different trades can interpret sightly differently. To reconcile the difference by talking with trades, Subzero tech support, and Fergerson is a full time job. The after-sale support is email exclusive and absolutely time waster. Fergerson after-sale support obsoletely will not talk to you; they will only email you dumb things one like the spec sheet and ask you dumb questions on the email. Heather called me after I threatened to cancel the order; but she knows nothing about the fine installation detail, sometimes down to 1/16". She promised that a Subzero rep would call me the same day, nobody called me. So I called Subzero tech support. It takes about 24 full working hours to coordinate the installation of 4 appliances. I come from a engineering background, with 4 years of fix and flip experience. I have never spent so much time on appliance installation. If you buy subzero as a luxury product, and you also value time as the greatest luxury possible, then Fergueson is not for you. Fergerson will rob you of your time!

Heather Watson assisted in the selection of the right faucets, tub, diverters, and miscellaneous plumbing components to make it all work. Being in the contracting line of business I recognize that complex projects can require a significant amount of assistance to make sure they are done properly; Heather nailed it from every aspect from design, pricing, and working through last minute installation issues associated with a custom bath. Dawn Esposito assisted in taking our conceptual drawings of the vanity/cabinetry to a beautiful, yet functional setup that perfectly matched our design. Just as Heather did, Dawn took ownership of the project, worked with me to get exactly what I wanted and got it ready for release from the factory. During installation the few minor questions that surfaced were responded to immediately allowing installation to continue without delay. I would absolutely recommend Ferguson for anyone interested in bringing their dream renovation to life. This is the type of customer service that should be expected and required of all design/suppliers.

We found Noble Kitchen and Bath after a very costly, bad experience with a contractor/family friend…read morewho we hired to redo our large, custom master bathroom shower. We read reviews and brought out a few companies to provide quotes. Paul (project manager) and Lynn (designer) came together and offered some great ideas to compliment our vision. They also provided a price quote on the spot. We ultimately decided to go with Noble because Paul was confident, without exception, that his team could deliver the shower we wanted; other companies wanted us to make structural changes or exchange materials we'd already purchased. With Noble's good reviews as encouragement, we moved ahead and we're so happy we did! Our shower turned out better than we'd hoped and the work was all done within the estimated timeframe. The guys who worked on the shower, and those who oversaw the work, were all great. We're awaiting the glass enclosure for our shower (a separate company) but I'm attaching a photo of the beautiful work Noble did for us. We plan to have Noble renovate the rest of our master bathroom in the near future.

Work finished…read moreup early December and we were pleased with the outcome, in particular, the skill and level of detail of one of their tradesmen. Because of this, we discussed our intention of upgrading our kitchen and center island countertops. NK&B outsourced to a third-party to come and take necessary measurements in order to provide us with a quote, a quote to include removing sink and cooktop, installing new countertops, and reinstalling sink and cooktop. That was early December and after a number of calls, voicemails, and emails by me inquiring about the quote, NK&B has not responded. Nothing. Assuming that business must be good or the job too small, but would've appreciated a callback.

They are only interested in money and not helping people design their dream kitchen. At first our conversation was going well, but once the topic turned to dollars and cents they were no longer interested in us. If you want a kitchen remodeling company in Annapolis you're better off going anywhere else!

In our case, we used Kitchen Encounters almost 10 years ago for a major kitchen redesign, so you're getting a more long-term view. First, I was surprised to find how helpful a designer could be. I knew what I wanted the kitchen to look like, but didn't know some of the tricks that have made the kitchen so useful over the years. Tracy introduced us to the concept of toe-kick drawers (THAT's where the broiler pan and the long barbeque tools were meant to live!) and pointed out that we should use trim strips around our small refrigerator so that if we wanted a larger one in the future, we could fit it in just by removing the trim. We've just bought that larger refrigerator and, thanks to Tracy, didn't have to destroy our kitchen to fit it in. Second, when we recently mentioned a problem we'd had over the years with one drawer, they sent Mike over - who quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Talk about standing by your products! I'd recommend Kitchen Encounters without reservation.

My husband and I hired Kenwood Kitchens to remodel our primary/en suite bathroom and it was a fabulous experience. Dan was our designer and aside from being knowledgeable, he was fun! Dan accommodated our schedule and was good about helping us make informed decisions. Because of Dan, we enjoyed the process of designing our bathroom. When it was time for the renovation, with confidence we turned the keys to our home over to the Kenwood team. Kenwood posted the calendar for the renovation in our home so we always knew what was planned for each day and which trades would be in our home while we were away at work. Occasionally we'd run into the subs and everyone was friendly and professional. For the most part, we came home at the end of the day to see the work that had been completed and to find that they had done a nice job cleaning up the affected areas of our home. We're looking forward to doing our next remodeling project with Kenwood! Kenwood was communicative, transparent, collaborative and reliable. Our bathroom remodel completed on schedule and we love it. We've used the bathroom for several months and there isn't a single thing we would change. It is beautiful, functional and high-quality.

She listened to my list of 'problems to solve' and general aesthetic goals and helped make suggestions that fit my goals. She was knowledgeable and creative with solutions to our various space issues. She was positive, pleasant, and available via email and text. She understood my budget constraints and helped point out places to save (when I couldn't resist a tile splurge). I was pleased with the subcontractors that were brought in by Kenwood, as well as the management team who stayed on top of the entire process. The work calendar was clearly posted and I was kept aware of any adjustments. I would definitely use Kenwood Kitchens for our next home improvement project, and have already recommended them to several friends.
