Of the 14 cash registers only three are set up for employees to run groceries through like a normal grocery store, where they do the scanning and bagging. There was not a single employee working the cash registers. Of the 14 cash registers eight were being used by customers, scanning and bagging their own stuff at the time that I went through the line for a check out. Of the eight people scanning and bagging their own stuff half of them had large carts completely full of groceries, and they were doing all the work themselves as the employees were just standing around chatting at the front. I can't imagine the amount of jobs that were lost due to them doing it this way. It is not like they have a Covid issue anymore because that has been over for a year. As far as stocking of items in the store, they are usually better than the other local store (Martins) close to here and I think that is due to the fact that the other store just gets more customers. If I need to get something quick, I will come here. But I do my regular grocery shopping at the competitor. The service there and quality of the fruits and vegetables at the other store is considerably better than the fruits and vegetables from here. Also, the selection at the competitor store is significantly larger. The only reason why the store got a three rating was because of the cash register area. Otherwise I would've given it a four-star.

For the past 3 years this is what I've had to deal with EVERY SINGLE TIME: -The 2 heavy set African American female cashiers don't care about any of the customers or their job- and have no problem telling you the customer or their boss which has been an elderly Indian gentleman or an elderly Asian woman that. -Dr will call in a prescription to be filled and they say they 'never received it' which turns into an all day affair of my doctors office having to call the pharmacy repeatedly and threaten them to fill it -They send an auto generated message saying your prescription is ready, but it's usually not because 'the truck hasn't delivered it yet and we don't know when it will arrive try again in 3 days' or 'we're busy sorry maybe tomorrow' -After being treated so rudely by staff my wife refused to deal with them anymore. Last visit she made her phone died having to complain to the doctor about their unprofessionalism. The pharmacy refused to let her use the phone to sort it out. A gentleman behind her let my wife use her phone and yelled at them on her behalf. -The pharmacist/ manager either doesn't care about all these problems or they are just completely incompetent. -The list could keep going but it's not worth my time. I've already been stripped of a month or more of my life dealing with this place. When I called to talk to them about it, the pharmacist put one of his techs on the phone to make excuses to cover his tracks, and, instead of doing so themselves, told me if I was concerned, I could call and verify with the doctor, which I did. Upon calling back to tell them this and vocalizing my concern, the pharmacist finally apologized for the incorrect directions but didn't offer to fix them . Fortunately, I am a pharmacy technician and caught this mistake, however someone who is not in the pharmacy industry may not have noticed it. We will not be having anything else filled here as safety and obviously integrity are both issues. Beyond that, excuse one or two techs, customer service is terrible. I witnessed this while they were serving others as well as myself. Eye rolling, giggling and lack of assistance are apparent. It's honestly like a pharmaceutical twilight zone.
