I immediately turned off the water main, and did a yelp search. I gave them a call and sent pictures. I had an appointment for 12-2 window. They showed just before 12. Indeed, my shower parts needed replacing but they also determined that the leaking from the ceiling in the garage was from a water heater pipe spraying water on the ceiling making it look like that. They fixed the shower situation, replaced my old water heater on the spot. The price was very reasonable, i didn't want to buy into a water heater plan, just give me close to whatever I had. Amazing what those 2 did in such a short time. They know what they're doing and how to price the services such that you don't have to shop around. That was what I experienced.

I won't name their name but after fast inital reponse - nada. So I called my goto plumbers. We went out and bought a replacement water heater from Ferguson (check out my review for them - awesome). My wife and I dollied and manipulated all 137lbs of that bad boy into the garage. Edgar was my tech from Magnificent (He thought it was a "check" vs. "replace"). This could have been a disaster because we are now at New Year's Eve. They typically only do commercial water heater replacement but calls his boss, gets the gren light and because we are loyal customers, discounts the service cost. He tells me he can do it, calls to re-arrange some family plans and just makes it happen! At the end, he noticed a pipe with some carbon monoxide venting which he also fixed. The faucet repair was particularly impressive. Many plumbers don't work on German faucets, but Rogelio had both the experience and the patience to diagnose the issue and do the repair correctly. Before even coming out, he took time to try to help us troubleshoot the issue, which we really appreciated. After arriving, he was able to clearly explain the situation, walk us through our options, and provide quotes for several jobs. We ultimately hired him to remove the extra pipe and reroute the dishwasher water supply to the kitchen sink, and he did a great job. He was professional, informative, honest, and very helpful throughout the whole process. When our motion sensor kitchen faucet started giving us trouble at the end and the hot water would not stop running, he went above and beyond by contacting Moen for us, helping get a replacement part sent out, and then coming back to install it and make sure everything was working properly. He was also very respectful of our home, including wearing boot covers, and his pricing felt fair for the quality of work and service he provided.
