I trust this company and its employees with my work wardrobe. They have dry cleaned it repeatedly well for me, as well as done a few alterations. I have always been happy with my alterations & leave feeling more confident in the appearance. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating in providing me with a detailed receipt. In these three years, have I only had one minor issue and the staff was extremely apologetic with the item not being ready at the suggested time. I easily picked it up the next day and will continue to use this location for my dry cleaning.

I asked the woman behind the counter if she was about to charge me for the shirt and she said she had to call the owner, who was in the back. The owner came out and thankfully he took off the charge for the shirt but didn't say anything about making things right, after they destroyed a $150 silk polo shirt. Hugo Boss has since confirmed in writing that the suit was permanently destroyed after being immersed in water and then dry cleaned, a process that is explicitly prohibited and irreversible. This is not a matter that can be corrected with additional cleaning. Because I was traveling and live out of state, returning immediately was not possible, and the damage required me to purchase a replacement suit for work. This suit also carried significant personal meaning, as it was a gift from my wife in recognition of my retirement from the U.S. Army after more than 20 years of service. The business has now been provided: * Manufacturer confirmation of permanent damage * Proof of replacement cost * Direct contact information for Hugo Boss I expect immediate follow-up and resolution.
