They didn't apologize or anything, and to make matters worse they were about to charge me for the shirt! I asked the woman behind the counter if she was about to charge me for the shirt and she said she had to call the owner, who was in the back. The owner came out and thankfully he took off the charge for the shirt but didn't say anything about making things right, after they destroyed a $150 silk polo shirt. Will never use these people again, and will make sure everyone I know and even don't know hears about this.

Honestly, that price is way too good to be true. I dropped the clothes off on Saturday, and they wanted me to wait until Tuesday to pick them up. It's a good thing I pushed for Monday. I would have paid three (3) times that if they had taken good care of my things. I brought the clothes straight there from the department store to be cleaned before we leave. I paid, got home, took the clothes out, and, as it turns out, they left FOUR holes in my daughter's Burberry skirt. These are clothes we are supposed to be wearing for my cousin's funeral in four (4) days. How dare you? On top of leaving holes in the skirt, the clothes still smell like the department store. If I didn't know any better, I'd say you kept my clothes for three (3) days and didn't clean them at all. You are thieves, and you are disgusting. I paid you $40 to poke holes in my daughter's skirt? If I just needed my clothes to hang somewhere, they could have hung in my closet.

Update to My Review:…read more I want to publicly note that I have now formally contacted ownership directly via email regarding the damage to my brand-new Hugo Boss suit that was serviced here. Hugo Boss has since confirmed in writing that the suit was permanently destroyed after being immersed in water and then dry cleaned, a process that is explicitly prohibited and irreversible. This is not a matter that can be corrected with additional cleaning. Because I was traveling and live out of state, returning immediately was not possible, and the damage required me to purchase a replacement suit for work. This suit also carried significant personal meaning, as it was a gift from my wife in recognition of my retirement from the U.S. Army after more than 20 years of service. The business has now been provided: * Manufacturer confirmation of permanent damage * Proof of replacement cost * Direct contact information for Hugo Boss I expect immediate follow-up and resolution. I am documenting this here to reflect that ownership has been formally notified and that I am awaiting their response.
