It is great that they are near my work. They are wonderful for everything from cleaning my suits to taking curtains in to be cleaned. I love the 24 hour service ...I can drop things off whenever I want ...pick a time to pick them back up and then go at something like 11pm and pick the items up. They have been quick and friendly but its the system that makes them the best. You arent limited to a 9 to 5 hours for drop off and pick up. Awesome. read more

I've been going to them for 15+ years. Recently their customer service has gone downhill. Ever since they merged with another company, it's been truly awful. Before I would schedule a pickup in their app. Then started getting texts. Since the merger I would gets texts saying to mark no if I didn't or no further action would be needed. Finally I needed a pickup and didn't mark no, assuming I'd get a pick up. Didn't get one. I then called to ask why and was made to feel stupid saying I needed to mark yes if I needed one because "that's what the text said" I told them I didn't know that and was hung up on. Then I marked a deliver request in the app and called to verify I was on the list. The day of my pickup, I was working from home, waiting for my driver to come. I called twice asking for the status as I had two important meetings and had to leave my house. Both times I was told that the driver was delayed but would come. I got home at 10 on to my bag still on my door. No communications from the company. Nothing. Not even a call back the next day apologizing or nothing. Just lousy customer service. Priceless Dry Cleaners Ruined My Leather Bag - AVOID! I went to Priceless Dry Cleaners in June to have my leather bag cleaned. They willingly accepted it, and had me sign a waiver to protect against discoloration. When I got home with my bag, I saw that it was significantly damaged. The leather key-chain denoting the bag's name brand, Fossil, was no longer attached; it had been haphazardly safety pinned to the bag. Furthermore, the shoulder strap attached to the bag was frayed and falling apart, to the point where the bag cannot be used because it is likely to break at any moment. When I picked up the bag, I was not informed of either issued and thus paid the entire $40 cleaning fee. I took the bag back to the cleaners, where an employee told me she would speak with the owner/operator Dennis Rodriguez and call me back. She never did. A week later, I stopped by the store again. There, I was told that the manager wanted to send it back to the leather cleaner for repair, which I agreed to. I got a phone call the next week from an employee saying that the bag is unable to be repaired, and that Mr. Rodriguez would like to offer me a $15 credit. They refused to refund my $40. I then went into the shop to speak with Mr. Rodriguez myself. Thankfully, he agreed to refund the $40 cleaning charge, which I appreciate. However, he did not compensate me for the bag. I am now filing a complaint with the BBB seeking a $130 compensation to cover the expense of the bag. Mr. Rodriguez claimed that the release I signed excuses him for the damaged bag. However, this is not stated in the release, which only mentions color loss, material defects, and trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, belts and sequins. My primary concern involves the leather strap, which is not classified as one of the above categories. This company did not exhibit satisfactory customer service nor professionalism--I am still appalled that I was not told of the damage, that I was not offered a full refund upon bringing the damaged bag back, and that half of the time I had go to go to the store in person in order to get information regarding the status of my bag. read more

stay away from this winter park location!!!!!! i have used priceless dry cleaners for years faithfully before they moved to current location. it was my steady go to and had full trust of their services, not anymore stay away. no only did they ruin a beautiful silk blouse (that i had only worn once) the manager did not return my calls to discuss the matter. i waited 3 weeks for a return from lucy the manager it never happened. they send their clothes to sanford i'm told and its obvious they dont understand how to properly clean the items. this is the worst customer service and dry cleaning service in town do not trust your clothes to them. the front desk staff was embarrassed that manager lucy was not returning my calls and the owner john shakarji of course is no where around. read more

They pick up reliably and drop off. Clothes are clean buttons repaired. We have used them for years without a problem and I would recommend this service. Occasionally I've asked for a zipper to be replaced or seam reinforced and they have on site alterations and repairs. Their prices are reasonable for the trade. Staff and drivers are courteous.I appreciate the people who make my life a little easier. I don't understand the poor reviews. From my point of you they do a good job. We've been using them for almost two years now and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Are they perfect? No, but when a mistake is made, the owner Dennis goes above and beyond to make it right. For example, in addition to dry cleaning, they contract with a shoe repair place. I needed a pair resoled and they had it back to me in two days. Two weeks later, the sole starts peeling off, so we return it to them to get it fixed. I get the shoes back and they are a completely different color than my originals. I was furious since it looked like they ruined a pair of $400 shoes. Dennis was incredibly apologetic and basically said, either I'm buying you a new pair of shoes if they can't be fixed or I'm giving you a huge credit/writing you a check for the inconvenience if they can be fixed. In the end, the shoes are back to normal and Dennis has made it right. Are they the cheapest? No, but the service level is something for which I'll pay a premium. After a few times going here, they knew us by name and had the clothes hanging waiting for us when we walked in. I don't make use of it, but they also offer free pick up and delivery throughout the entire Orlando metro area. In short, these guys are honest, hardworking and will do whatever it takes to earn and keep your business. They do a great job - feel confident taking your clothes to them. read more

Great service! I have been going here for over five years and have never had an issue. They always do a very thorough job, are friendly and quick. They even go as far as to replace buttons at no charge and have a free pick up drop off service. I would recommend them to anyone for anything from men's shirts to gowns. read more

I would give them -5 stars if I could. Such a bad service. Their slogan "quality and service matters" it's clearly not taken seriously. Not only they ruined with black stains the ivory silk blouse I took for dry cleaning (and blame it on the label of my blouse), but after we agreed with the owner to dye it black to try to save it, they delivered today (after two months!!!) an awful and poorly dyed mauve blouse. The color is not even and it's definitely not black. It's full of marks and not professionally dyed. I had to go to there at least 5 times before my blouse was returned in such a poor condition. I was not taken seriously by them, as it took them 2 months to respond for their mistake and even someone from their staff suggested I should pay for it. I wouldn't bother writing a bad review if it wasn't that this has been so far one of the most unpleasant experiences as a customer.
