This place (Tecumseh location) is amazing!! My ignorance- I didn't realize you could go in and have drinks without any spa appointment. But you can!! And the lounge area is very nice! Warm fireplace, several comfortable seating options, and the bar. There is also a pool table. The martini menu is expansive. If you can't find a drink to fall in love with, YOU are the problem. Where do I begin... it doesn't even deserve one star. My daughter wanted nothing more than to come to this place for her birthday. She called 2 months in advance. She tried to communicate with this place for 2 months, they saw her messages and never responded back. She was told it would be $105, I gave her $150 with the tip. She was to receive a spa pedicure, and a manicure. The pedicure was supposed to last an hour and a half. The person had other customers, something she was not told, and it was over in 20 minutes and she never got to have the parrifin wax. Completely rushed. She went for her manicure. She called the right after making the appointment, 2 months, and asked if she could get GelX nails. They never called back. She asked if it was ok, AFTER being told they didn't have the small nails, AND was talked about loud enough for her to hear. THEN, the nail tech told her she was OVERSTIMULATED!!!!! She had called two MONTHS in advance and they could have told her they DIDN'T have the size she wanted. She came home with super LARGE nails, and they were all one color. They looked absolutely ridiculous. She cried, she said if I had known that they were going do this, I would have ordered nail art!!! OR, cancelled the appointment... They charged her $190. So much for $105...She was nice enough to leave a tip. HORRIBLE. I would have walked out. Happy Birthday to her...she'll never be back. read more

This place has a lot of potential but needs some fine tuning. Really just simple things, mainly customer service. When you go to a place like this, you expect a little more professionalism & friendliness. I had an appointment for a spa service & did not feel welcomed when I arrived. I wasn't really given any instruction on what to do, where to wait, etc. The spa service itself was just "ok". The spa professional did not ask me any questions or explain anything that was going to be done. When I was leaving, it was close to closing time & the girls just seemed in a hurry to get out of there. I have been to the Jackson location a few times & have had great experiences there. I was expecting the same at the Tecumseh location. read more

My mom and I had a great experience here! The girls were super nice and took their time with our pedicures. We enjoyed the wax and foot mask, our feet felt great afterwards. Drinks and bar service were good. Nail salon was clean and really cute inside. Only giving 3 stars because the employees were not very professional. And the pedicure was not worth the money. No massage chairs. My polish was on so thick that after 2 hours it still smeared off when I got home. read more

Absolutely horrible pedicures. My niece, my daughter and I all went four days ago. We had chips on our nails by the end of the day. There is a huge bubble on my big toe and the nail polish is absolutely dull. We all have such chipped nails at this point that we need new pedicures. My toe polish usually lasts at LEAST a month. The concept of spa and bar is great but the execution is absolutely horrible. A complete waste of almost $200 for three pedicures plus tip. read more

I had my nails done here for a cruise and the next day the gel polish (which you pay quite a bit for) started to chip. Not only did it chip but the polish was poorly done to begin with, their were areas on my nails that weren't even polished. I have never had this experience at any other nail salons that I've been to. I was also very disappointed in the quality of the services, I paid for both a spa manicure and pedicure, both were VERY quick and not at all worth the cost. read more
