NOT A 1 STAR!!!! Absolutely the worst experience of my life!!! Received a $70 gift card for hour long pedicure. When I walked into salon I immediately wanted to walk right back out the door. The place was disgustingly filthy and old however I stayed for the treatment which was over in 30 minutes! Had to ask the tech to trim and file my nails otherwise she was just putting my sandles back on to paint them. Once painted she used a small hand tri - fold fan to dry them, like seriously?? The nail polishing looked like a 5 year old did it!!!! I immediately left and went to another place in town to have them fixed, they actually took as long to fix them as it did for the whole entire pedicure!! I can't even give them 1/2 of star rating, if anything I'd give it a -10 rating!!! Never ever go to this place!!! read more

It wasn't a horrible experience. And I am very grateful that she was able to fit me in on the day because I scheduled the appointment wrong. However, the listing online that I ordered was a base price of 50 or $52 and it was a shampoo and condition and cut. When you go to the hair salon, you set aside time to be a little pampered with getting your hair washed maybe a little good smelling product. I received a quick effective haircut in about 10 to 12 minutes. She offered to curl my hair, which I said wasn't necessary, but she said she had a way to do it quick. So I said OK. The curl was very quick and not the best. I asked for a little layers in the back. And there wasn't very many noticeable ones and I asked for a refresh on my curtain bangs, which she did do. But there's a section that has a hard chop that I'll have to get fixed. For a service that is a base price of $50 I would have expected a little more pampering. Leaving the salon smelling good with some fresh product. But if you're looking for a quick baseline service it was just that. Not horri blue, just wished there was more for the price read more

Do not be surprised to arrive to a locked door. Patrone's follows the Michigan covid guidelines. I was greeted with masked smiles and friendly hellos. Was accompanied to and from my pedicure station. Everything about my pedicure was enjoyable, conversation, entire pedicure & my toes look lovely. I would recommend calling & booking your appointment. read more

I had a pedicure from Lexi who did an amazing job. I love the way my toes look! However, I will not be coming back due to the horribly uncomfortable chairs. I woke up today with sciatica and horrible back pain. During the pedicure I kept shifting in the seat to get in a comfortable position, which I never achieved. One of the best things about a spa pedicure is the relaxation that goes along with it. Usually the ambience is tranquil and the chairs are vibrating and jets are bubbling on your feet. The experience lacked all of that. Again, sorry for the negative feedback but I am sad that I won't be having a great pedicure again by Lexi because of the lack of comfort in the salon. read more

I've been away from my usual barber for an extended amount of time and was desperately needing a haircut. I called and Dustin worked me in immediately! I get a more masc style haircut and this place was great! Dustin listened to me, asked clarifying questions about what I wanted, and I ended up with a great cut! Thanks so much! read more

OMG Have I ever said that I LOVE MY HAIR STYLIST! I went in to Patrone's Day Spa today with the knowledge that I had to cut my hair short because it is so damaged from my RED stage last year. Just returned for our second annual visit to Patrone's. Four of us received a massage, facial, pedicure and manicure. All services were fantastic. I highly recommend it for an outing with friends. Excellent service. The staff put four massage/facial beds in the upstairs room so we could all be together during the facial and massage. They are extremely accommodating. We came downstairs for our mani/pedi and Misty had beautifully set the table up with our food and beverages. We will definitely return next year. read more

I went to a wedding last year and the bride and bridesmaids had beautiful hair. I remembered that they said they had their hair done somewhere in Brooklyn so I got online and looked up salons in area. When I saw Patrone's pictures on Facebook, I knew it had to be them. I could tell they did quality hairstyles. I had been wanting a different look for my hair for a long time & so I scheduled an appointment with Misty & showed her a few pics of what I wanted. She took the time to talk with me & listened really well to what I wanted. (After talking with her she confirmed that their salon really did do the hair at that wedding!) Misty did my cut and Michelle did my highlights. I got the best haircut & highlights I've had in over 15 years! I went back 2 months ago for my second cut and highlights from Misty & again had great results. Soon I will be going for my third cut and highlights and I am looking forward to it. I highly recommend Patrone's. Everyone there pampers you & they do great work! read more

The massage I got was five stars! The facial my friend got was fabulous! Two hair stylists that each gave us a wash and blowout and a mini mani were disastrous! My hair dresser didn't say her name, hello, or act whatsoever interested in doing my hair. She was tired from a busy morning. She used cold water to wash and such a hot blow dryer that when I asked her to stop she said" oh I wondered if it was hot, it was burning my hand". My friend got a chunk of hair cut without permission. She was horrified! When a stylist says things like " Can I give you a lift?" While blow drying your hair.. the thought is perhaps a tease or back comb in the crown of hair... not an unwanted cut that resulted when she visited her PROFESSIONAL hair dresser in having 31/2 inches removed to fix this 30 second error. What a terrible experience. Trying to figure out our bill.. the receptionist acted like she was brand new and " out to lunch". Bottom line, being over charged, not asked specifically for what facial or massage we were there for and being treated over all so poorly left a bad taste. If you want a message or facial ask For Joie or the tall thin massage lady... they were great. read more

We had a mani pedi day the day before my wedding and what a fabulous experience! My bridal party and mothers had the back room to ourselves and the setup allowed us all to be close to each other the entire time. They provided some snacks and beverages and allowed us to bring our own. It was such a fun experience. The staff was more than welcoming and accommodating. Took my wedding party here to get manicures and pedicures. There was 5 of us total. It took 3x as long as they told us over the phone. The lady doing my nails kept repeating how my cuticles were so bad and my nails were too little. Didn't appreciate the commentary as I was already stressed out the day before my wedding. The final result of my manicure was awful. The pedicure was ok. After leaving and all of us looking at our nails, there was not one of us happy with the outcome. I got a French manicure with a full set. My tips were painted on and they were crooked. I felt like crying bc it was for my wedding day and wanted them to look perfect. The worse problem was that the day of my wedding a nail broke during my reception. Who's nails break a day after getting them done??!! Totally embarrassing for the bride to be walking around with one broken nail. Needless to say we dropped a lot of money at this salon and the work was not quality. I would not recommend getting you nails done here. read more

I had my hair and make up done with my sister and the rest of her bridal party done here. My hair was beautiful, but my make up was a disaster! I'm no professional and learn all make up tricks from watching YouTube videos, and it was very obvious to me at the end of getting my make up done that I should have just done it myself. I felt like crying because of how ugly I felt. I have dark hair, not black, but the girl who did my make up caked on black eye liner on my eyebrows. The contouring was not blended on my nose what so ever and my eyeliner was winged extremely uneven and gaudy. After she did my eyeliner, she said she would fix it after she placed the lashes. It was worse after the lashes. She put the lash glue on the lashes and didn't even give it any time to get tacky before trying to line it up with my lash line. so the glue got all over my eyelids and made the eyeliner even more uneven looking. I barley had time after to fix my make up before my duties as the maide of honor needed to be fulfilled, but I did the best I could to make my eyebrows look more even, blend out the rest of the contouring and fix the wings on my eyeliner. I could have complained, but my sister was already stressed enough and We were running way behind on time. I am posting pictures to show my cute hair, but terrible make up. Not to steer anyone away from going to the salon, but in hopes the salon will see how terrible my make up looked after their make up "artist" was done with her masterpiece. Every other part of the experience was amaiizng. Super nice girls, beautiful salon and awesome set up for the bridal party makeover. read more

I got a pedicure last weekend. It was the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. I asked for a 30 minute express pedicure. It took twice that, she didn't cut my cuticles and my nails were crooked and the paint job was horrible. I do not recommend having nails done here. I felt the technician was very inexperienced, no idea what she was doing. read more
