On a whim, I walked in to Salon Underground and they were able to fit me in that day. Nicole was my stylist, and she did a wonderful job toning down my old highlights which had become brassy, trimming up my ends with out losing much length, and texturized it too. I can't remember the last time my hair looked this good! The salon is hidden off of Main Street in Dexter and is behind TCF Bank. I was pleased with how clean the salon was and how polite the staff was too. I will definitely be back!

Kyia did an amazing job and I continue to see her for everything (eyebrows, manicures and of course my hair!). I am moving within the next month and I plan on still going to see Kyia because she does such a great job. Everyone I have encountered at Bad Hair Day has been nothing but polite and super professional. They do try to sell you products l but people that's their job!!!! I will never understand the people who stop going to a place because they are trying to sell you something, it's a business and you can say no if you want. Overall all my experiences at Bad Hair Day have been nothing short of fantastic and I would definitely recommend them and Kyia!

After discussing my beauty budget, she was able to ensure I was able to include the products I would need to take home with me to achieve the same look and style she gave me. She helped me achieve that icy blonde and somehow my hair felt better when I left than when I got there. That never happens when I lighten my hair.
