The nail polishing looked like a 5 year old did it!!!! I immediately left and went to another place in town to have them fixed, they actually took as long to fix them as it did for the whole entire pedicure!! I received a quick effective haircut in about 10 to 12 minutes. She offered to curl my hair, which I said wasn't necessary, but she said she had a way to do it quick. So I said OK. The curl was very quick and not the best. I asked for a little layers in the back. And there wasn't very many noticeable ones and I asked for a refresh on my curtain bangs, which she did do. But there's a section that has a hard chop that I'll have to get fixed. For a service that is a base price of $50 I would have expected a little more pampering. It turns out people don't leave many yelp reviews on Michigan, so I didn't have much to go on! My stylist did a good job, the price was reasonable, and the blowout lasted to through the weekend from Friday even though the weather was humid AF, with rainstorms. The Salon's new home is in an old house, and it's pretty hip. The stylist all has fun hair colors, even the old dude. Two thumbs up!

I'd scheduled my appointment with her for 11 am but I didn't actually arrive until almost 11:20, I feared I had lost my spot due to the chaos of my morning that day but she was very understanding and still gave me a very great make up job for my Halloween. I was very comfortable while working with her and she was very helpful at helping me get exactly what I wanted. She is also very resourceful and creative. The pricing was very fair and I was very satisfied with the job that was done. Possibly the only downside was later that night when I was taking the liquid latex out of my facial hair but I guess I should've anticipated that though.

I recently stopped by to get an appointment & would like to report my experience. I have experienced extreme rudeness at Dream Nails. When I arrive no-one acknowledgeds my presence. When I say I want to make an appointment I am told I must call them. Although two of the manicurists are without customers, they make no effort to assist me. I have never experienced rudeness of this type at a business. It is as if they have a prejudice against me, for some unknown reason. My hair is gray- so perhaps they are age biased & would prefer not to have clients over 50. I owned a business for over 30 years & treated everyone with respect. You never know who will become your best customer. If Dream Nails owner is an absentee owner they need to know you are losing revenue by the prevailing attitude in your shop.
