The lady that owns the place is a real sweetheart. I usually go to this place when I'm in the area. Never had a nail chip & i've left a shellac on for three weeks at a time. I can't speak for any of the other people who work there but her nails are impeccable! read more

The male worker did horrendous pedicure & manicure , after done the nails still looked like more work needed. The clear polish was poorly applied & came off the next day. The women are okay but avoid the male. read more

The man that works here is not good at his job. I had a pedicure last week. You do t notice he hasn't done good work until you have paid and travelled home. read more

Dream Nails - He used a rotary file and weakened my toe nails. He wasn't good at polishing either. - Nail Salons Near Me - Brooklyn, Michigan

Mani & pedi I spend my summer in Michigan & have had several manicures at Dream Nails. I treated my female family members to mani & pedicures (6 ) last July. I recently stopped by to get an appointment & would like to report my experience. I have experienced extreme rudeness at Dream Nails. When I arrive no-one acknowledgeds my presence. When I say I want to make an appointment I am told I must call them. Although two of the manicurists are without customers, they make no effort to assist me. I have never experienced rudeness of this type at a business. It is as if they have a prejudice against me, for some unknown reason. My hair is gray- so perhaps they are age biased & would prefer not to have clients over 50. I owned a business for over 30 years & treated everyone with respect. You never know who will become your best customer. If Dream Nails owner is an absentee owner they need to know you are losing revenue by the prevailing attitude in your shop. read more

I came in and asked for a pedicure. The price on the wall was $40. The man who did my pedicure did an awful job. He didn't even paint the entire toenail on most of my toes and the polish that is on my toes bubbled up afterwards. As I left, he told me the bill was $50. I argued with him for a moment and then just gave him the $50. Then he asked me if I wanted to add a tip. read more

My granddaughters had an appointment for a set of acrylic nails. Priced on the wall for 55.00, after they charged for certain shape and manicure, 70.00 and 5$ tip 75.00. That took them a hour to do. I am a cosmetologist, I do not charge 75 $ a hour, in Tecumseh. Or my perms and colors would cost you over 100$. Set of nails in Tecumseh run between 35 and 45$, these people I feel took advantage of these 16 year old girls and needed to explain to them what they were charging them for. Stopped in to discuss this situation with them, and this is just poor practice. Beware before you decide to do business with these people. read more

please never go to this place!! they screwed up both me and my friends nails, my nails were burning so painfully the second she started and they continued to burn the entire time and still do! i'm not sure what materials she used but they should never be used again! she also did not even try on my friends design and it looked like it had be done by a kindergartener! she then asked to get a color change and she was very disrespectful and got an attitude with us, and after all of that trouble it costed us $93!! for her mess up and half of our nails are missing spots where she did not paint them and the shapes are completely wrong, the worst service i've ever received! read more

Dream Nails - awful shape - Nail Salons Near Me - Brooklyn, Michigan

On multiple occasions I went into this nail salon and they either are "too busy" or you have to wait for a ridiculous amount of time. I went in today and there was one woman working. she had one client and said she could not take me. This is a nail business! I do not recommend because they do not do a good job from the times I've actually been able to get my nails done and do not have staffing to accommodate the business. read more

Live this salon. Lady's are so nice. Great service. Best pedi in town and prices are reasonable. Not often do we have a wait and if there is it usually isn't long. read more

If I could give it no stars I would have!! Do not go here!! Espically in the summer no air condition, but the worst thing is there's no screen door so flies and other insects get it!! Plus, he put so many coats on my nails they messes up the minute I very carefully, put on my seat belt, after sitting under the heat light for 15 minutes! No messages on hand or persoaking like normal manicure. Very disappointed felt very RUSHED! And who knows what the real products they use as everything is in clear bottles with scribblings on them top coat, bottom coat, ect!! I actually saw a gal adding thinner to nail polish! Horrible rude people, who don't understand or even try to speak ENGLISH! Dirty dirty dirty place!!! read more

I am so disappointed in my shellac nails. I had a gentleman do my nails and I now realize he could not understand my requests. I had asked to keep my roundness and my nails are now square. Also, there are bubbles on nails, not polished on total nail AND I can see my nail underneath so clearly not enough polish! I even questioned this job to owner and she just shrugged me off.... nails are a nightmare not a dream. A waste of $48.00! read more

Made an appt a couple months ago. Got there and she asked what I needed done. Told her I wanted a full set. She said she was to busy for that and I would need to come back later. Maybe she should've asked what I needed on the phone instead of wasting my time and going all the way there? On top of it... super rude and unprofessional. Went to a place in Adrian instead. Last week I decided to give them another chance. Maybe she was just having a bad day that other day? Wrong. Called to make an appt. It was a simple question. "What is the latest appt I can get today?" She acted like she was so annoyed that she had to speak to a potential customer. Someone who would've been a loyal regular customer. She was one of the rudest women I've ever dealt with. For absolutely no reason besides that I was asking for an appt. I have NEVER written a bad review on any business, but this left such a bad taste in my mouth that I had to put my experience out there. They might want to think about hiring someone who knows how to professionally and kindly answer phones and make appointments? Or maybe they are doing so great that they have no need for any additional clients? Either way... the super friendly employees at the salon I ended up going to in Adrian got great tips from me and a regular customer now. read more

I stopped in to get prices to bring my daughter back for a mani/pedi with me in the future. I asked if they had a brochure that I could take home with me. They didn't and a lady referred me to the board that had prices posted on it. I thanked them and said I'd just take a picture. One of the women working there very forcefully and loudly said, "NO! No pictures!!" I was confused and clarified that I was just taking a picture of the prices and services posted on the board. She then started talking loudly to another worker in a different language - apparently about me wanting to take a picture - and she never spoke to me again. Her response to me was very bizarre and disconcerting, so I left without taking the picture - I no longer have any desire to do business in that facility. read more

They do great work and the staff is very friendly. My mom got shellac on her fingernails and was impressed with how perfect they came out. She will be back in a few weeks to get them done again. :-) read more

What a delightful place! I was visiting from Austin Texas and stopped in for a mani/pedi and was treated like a queen! They're meticulous and strive for perfection. Check this place out! read more

I got ripped off. A reg acrylic fill is $18. I had 1 broken nail. She ended up pulling 4 more off. Not that big of a deal. I've had nails for 20+ years. When you get a fill repairs are $2. Should have been $28. She charged me $35. Said she used more powder. Well if thats the case ($3/repair) she should have only charged me $9 for filling 5 nails. I'll drive to adrian or Jackson. read more

Efficient little place. Do a very through job with mani and pedi. Can't beat the price

My new favorite place. Love it. Best pedi. I have got in years. I have a appointment for mani tomorrow as I ran out of time due to the pedi being so long The lady that done my pedicure didn't miss anything finishing off with a awesome leg message. It was a little pricey at 45.00 but I did get shelic but I didn't mind at all and I even left her a good tip taking it well over 50. Good service is hard to find. I hope it wasn't a fluke and the next time I decide to pamper myself Dream Nails will defy. Be my go to place!!!!! So went back for pedi number 2. It was as wonderful as first. read more

If I could give this place a negative star I would...I had an appointment with a friend for pedicures at the same time...we were sat down my friend was worked on and while I sat there they took 4 walk ins! One hour later my friend was done while I still wasn't even touched! So I left! How horrible! What's the point of making an appointment? Do not waste your time. read more

Very disappointed with my visit. I made a appt for 2 pedi's at noon. My friend and I had a day planned. They put us in the water, started 1 of us. A walk in came in she got started on for her nails. My friend sat there for 45 mins. Never got started. We left with only 1 of us getting a pedi..my pedi was good. The staff was nice the customer service was very poor. My friend should have been offered a free pedi. The walk in should have never been started. As I said very disappointed. They kept telling my friend we will be right there. I booked them together, so we could enjoy them together, and not spend the whole day there waiting for a pedi 1 at a time. read more

I have had Manis and Pedis all over the world, and this was the best. Here in little Brooklyn MI. She took such care and even now my nails look like I just walked out. I know they moved here from Boston, so that explains their skill. My only negative comment is that there are only 2 people, and it's hit or miss. I waited 30 minutes but I didn't mind because I was on vacation. Others walked in and were told to come back later or asked if they could wait. Be prepared to wait. read more
