They were hard to track down when we tried to reach out (every time) and the people that showed up were clueless and always calling others for support where they didn't have the appropriate experience. Jonathan said the unit was wired incorrectly by his team (a person he has since fired) and then it was a coolant leak and now we're enduring another heat wave with NO RESPONSE, NO SUPPORT. Further, this install was on the properly of an elderly woman where Jonathan from Jobon basically took advantage and took her money and ran. Jobon could of course replace the whole unit under warranty but they can't seem to figure out how to accomplish that.... Yikes... I think they must be DJing at Burning Man - priorities.

However, the interaction with the front office has been terrible. Even though they had the diagnosis on Tuesday, the front office did not submit a claim to the insurance company until Friday. Once the insurance company approved the warranty claim, now, they are not returning calls as promised and neither are they answering calls! meanwhile its 55 in the house with toddlers and a broken heater all at the mercy of a front office person!

He did a careful inspection of the current aging set up and provided three options for us. He has been very transparent with scheduling and pricing. He and his apprentice always arrive on time and were very tidy with the work areas. We ran into electrical panel and wiring issue. which was unexpected and costed extra $2200, but the old house wiring was to blame. He agreed to offset some of the costs that the electrician did that otherwise would have been covered by his quote, which we greatly appreciate. Throughout the 4-5day process we are very impressed for their work and excited to run our new efficient heat pump and air handler. They carry reputable brands like Bosch. Any issue we have in the future related to AC/Heating we would not hesitate to call JC for help and highly recommend him to anyone needed help with AC/Heating.

I highly recommend EPI to anyone in need of an electrician or plumber.

There has been no return call and still no one showed up so I had to call another electrical contractor that is more responsible. Here we are on Friday 6/14 and still no further contact from E&PI or Dave. I will never use this company again and have shared this experience with the referring dealer and suggested they remove his card from their handout to customers. The dealer called yesterday to see if they could come out install the new unit but due to this company's complete lack of respect for customers the install is now pushed until next week. No one should ever use a company that disrespects it's customers!

We are very pleased with the excellent service provided by Carlos, your representative…read more On his first visit, we had a few issues with the lock used to access the rooftop because the relatively new HOA manager, who lives offsite, had provided incorrect information. Carlos helped unlock the box to get the key, but we have another hurdle -- the key did not fit the lock. Obviously, our manager did not know about this issue, which was very stressful for us and Carlos was very calm and patient with us, even talking to the manager on the phone to explain the problem. It took another week for the HOA to resolve; thus, Carlos came for another visit to complete the maintenance. During the second visit, Carlos explained to us what needed to be done, then gave a summary of the findings and suggested course of actions. We agreed that we'll have the compressor fix in the Spring, so I can save money for that one because we already paid the annual fee of $240.00 for this visit. It's good to be given friendly options. As seniors facing various health challenges, we value professionals who are not only skilled but also compassionate, patient, and kind. We would appreciate having Carlos handle future maintenance visits and heating or air-conditioning emergencies. We trust him and consider him a true asset to your company.
