They left me sitting an hour in waiting room behind scheduled time. They then proceeded not to do the cleaning I had scheduled for and tried to sell me additional services while I was sitting in their chair. They said the whole time you have great coverage and proceeded to try and sell more. I walked out thinking I needed to visit dentist again. And he remarked that the insurance company hadn't paid him anything back to give me (which he had promised about 5 times during the year and a half!)
