Tina, the office manager, called me early Sunday morning and offered me an 8:30 appointment that I took almost immediately because I had been in pain for hours. I was beyond happy to find an actual emergency dentist that would accommodate a weekend appointment. When I got to the office, I was greeted and treated with such kindness, care and concern. Dr. Gogani went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable during this very difficult procedure that I would've likely been referred to an oral surgeon had I gone anywhere else. He even allowed my family to sit in the procedure room with me! He kept me well informed while he and his equally kind assistant performed a relatively painless surgical extraction and bone graft. AMAZING. My husband was so impressed that he decided to switch dentists. I've never had a more difficult surgery performed so quickly and comfortably. Thank you, Dr. Gogani!

I actually had a great experience here (maybe that's because I was at a really horrible dental office prior to this ‍) but I was greeted and seen promptly, the X-rays were less painful than I have had in the past. I love that I can see the images too! The doctor (Dr kevar) seemed to take time to review my images with me, my concerns and tips for improving dental hygiene, and I felt it was quite comprehensive. There was absolutely no upcharge or "selling" and in fact I paid nothing for the visit. Overall, I am pleased with my experience. Hopefully we have consistent service with the rest of my family and for future visits.

You will be referred out a lot. My family moved here from the Bay Area five years ago, and although it was a small office without all the bells and whistles, we stayed because of the convenient location. I eventually had to move my children to another provider because this office is not geared toward pediatric dental care. When we first became patients, the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, that changed recently. We were charged a $100 no-show fee for an appointment we were unaware of and never confirmed. When I called to request a one-time exception, Jessica at the front desk was extremely rude and refused. She referenced a previous occasion when my husband had to cancel due to having COVID, as if that justified denying any consideration. I then asked to speak with Dr. Vu, hoping she would be more understanding. Instead, I was told that because appointment reminders had supposedly been sent by email and text, the fee would stand. There was no willingness to listen, work with us, or show any appreciation for our family's five years as patients. She then hung up on me. The customer service was disappointing, and the lack of compassion and loyalty toward long-term patients ultimately made our decision easy. We will be switching providers.

I feel sad to post this review. I have loved being a patient here for the past couple years. Dr…read more Latham and the staff have been wonderful. Unfortunately, the positive experience ended. I went to Dr. Latham because I was experiencing significant pain on both sides of my mouth. They diagnosed an infection on one side requiring a root canal and that the other side was a non-issue. After a week on antibiotics and the root canal for the diagnosed side, the pain on other side of my mouth progressed so much that I could barely eat. I called in and left a voicemail message on a Thursday around 2PM. Not only did they decide to not return my call before the end of the business day, but the office is closed on Fridays and weekends. They do, however, offer an emergency phone number for existing patients. I avoid emergencies as much as possible and it took an extreme amount of pain to get to the point of saying I needed help on an emergency basis. I woke up Saturday morning in so much pain that I was crying, I couldn't swallow, I couldn't spit, I couldn't do anything but cry. At 6AM we decided to call the emergency line. We waited for two hours - while being in severe pain - for a call back. I finally couldn't wait anymore so we found a dentist who would answer our call. It ended up that there was an issue - there was a fracture and an infection that was so significant that it was impossible to have been new. The emergency service also cost over 100% markup - an extra $2500 out of pocket compared to the same services I just had on the other tooth. The office did finally return our call around 11AM -- after I was already in surgery. Returning an emergency call 5 hours later is inexcusable. Not only did this result in unnecessary physical pain, but it also cost me significant out of pocket expense that was avoidable. In the end we can no longer trust this office to properly care for our dental health. :-(

And I'm not sure who this lady is, in charge of the scheduling, but actually having an attitude on rescheduling me is wild. The procedures took far longer than expected and were very uncomfortable throughout. When I returned to have the permanent crown placed, I was left sitting alone in the room for over an hour before anyone even started. Three months later, the tooth with the crown still hurts, and my gums are bleeding around it. Overall, I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this practice.
