I went here on a referral from a friend and I was really impressed with the initial consultation with the technology and thoroughness that I dropped my dentist that I was using which I felt I was just a revolving doorway. I have veneers and a front tooth broke in half. John and Heather were able to come in on a off day and able to give me an implant while working on getting a new veneer created. When it came in it was a shade lighter. They made sure it was to match the other veneers and sent it back so it was done right. Not only the shade but also the aesthetic. Needless to say the new veneer came back it matched the rest and I can smile without having to be self conscious about it. I'm very grateful for John, Heather, and the staff. Thank you! read more

I just got back from this dental office getting my general checkup and cleaning. I verified the dentist was in the Delta Dental network and my full set of X-rays was sent to this office by my previous dentist, so I was not expecting a huge copay. They performed some items not covered by my insurance without asking me first and charged me a $90 copay for a simple visit. My previous dental office usually charged me $40 for a similar visit. The most ridiculous charge was the $12 OSHA surcharge. They were not even wearing N95 masks, and I was not even sure why the cost(if there were any) was passed on to the patients. In addition, they added $31 for the Topical application of Fluoride V which they did not perform. I called and they agreed to give me money back for this. Caries risk assessment fee of $25(not covered by insurance) in addition to the comprehensive oral evaluation of $42(insurance covered) which is basically the same thing in my opinion. $15(not covered by insurance) for Oral hygiene instruction. I had never seen these charges with my previous dentists. In general, the dentist, cleaning and the staff were okay but these unasked and unexpected fees just ruined my whole experience. read more

I absolutely LOVE this place. Dr Williams is so nice, gentle, and super efficient!!! I am literally in and out and the work is quality !!! Heidi is the best dental hygienists ever , she has been cleaning my teeth for years !!! The environment is very clean and modern. Nothing seems to be outdated. There are flat screen TVs with cable on the ceiling above you while you're laying there getting your work done which makes the time pass even more. What I love the most is you are provided with knowledge (in words you can understand) about what is happening with your teeth, so you are never left confused or undue about what is going on. Saw Dr. Wong and his fabulous staff yesterday for cleaning. I felt like I was visiting the good relatives that I've been missing. They didn't serve dinner, but certainly made me feel at home. I love the way they explain everything. They even stop to let me swallow or move my lower jaw a little. Now, when you read this think about when you went to the dentist last. I have been going to Johnson Ranch Dental for over 20 years or so now and have always been happy with the knowledge and service however Dr. Wong got to be way too expensive even with my insurance. Now with the change of ownership Dr. Williams give the same wonderful care but doesn't break your pocket book. I had been hesitant to stay with Johnson Ranch however wanted to give it another try. I had my first visit with Dr. Williams last week and oopsie I showed up a day early (my bad)! The staff is so fantastic they were able to squeeze me in the same day and make me feel so comfortable just as they always have! I have recommended Johnson Ranch Dental to a few of my great friends that had previous issue with dental offices and they are also happy with Dr. Williams which is wonderful! I have a general fear of dental work, which he is aware of, & he works with me, giving me the Novocaine without epinephrine, letting me watch movies while he's working, & just checking on how I'm doing. Dr Wong is exceptional. As a 50+ year old man, my mouth needed some major help. All those fillings I'd gotten in my youth were breaking down. I have now replaced all of the old fillings, crowns, and other places in need. Dr Wong is exceptionally gentle and has great skill. Even more important, he does great quality work. Comparing what has been done in the past to what I have now, it is a whole new level of dentistry. The staff is friendly and great. Dr. Wong and his staff are great. My husband, my 3 y/o, and I all go there. His hygienists are friendly (i've seen 2 of them) and the RDAs are fun too. The equipment is all state-of-the-art and way over my head. I've needed 13 fillings over the last 2 years (bad teeth in my family) and he's patiently and quickly done all the work. He also does Invisalign, which I'm hoping to get done within the year. Dr. Wong is a bit of a perfectionist, but I would rather have someone like that working on my mouth than the other way around. Everyone is great with my daughter, too. They call her by name when we go in and make her feel welcome. And if for some reason we have to wait for a bit, they will put a movie on for her to keep her distracted. read more

I visited Johnson Ranch Dental to get a second opinion on a filling my previous dentist wanted to replace. I was expecting to meet Dr. Wong but I met Dr. Williams. The staff here was super nice and made me feel welcome right away. Dr. Williams listened to my concerns carefully, and explained the problem really well. The staff was able to squeeze me in and I actually got the filling replaced the same day. I had our infant daughter with me and the office staff helped with her so I could get my filling done. WOW!
