Dr Zanzi took over when the dentist I'd been seeing for years moved to another state. My first visits were fine, but my last two or three visits were not. Two visits ago I was taken into an office, (not a checkup room) where I was told my teeth look fine and that I take good care of them. Next visit (Oct 2024) I called in advance and requested a regular visit and cleaning in a dental visit room. I repeated this at the front desk when I arrived. They pulled a hygienist away from her work at a computer and she cleaned my teeth, but she hadn't known in advance. She did a fine job, but it was odd. What had they planned on doing? Why would I have to make that request? I am now going to a different dentist. read more

Dr. Zanzi and his staff are the best. I've been seeing Dr. Zanzi for over 10 years now- from highschool, after moves, and into adulthood (and so has my entire family). He is thorough, explains your treatment plan clearly, and finds/treats problems early before they become a BIG expensive issue. My treatment has never been super complicated, thanks to Dr. Zanzi's preventative care, but my husband has a complicated mouth and he has really helped him as well. Memorial Day I cracked a back tooth. Left messages for Dr.Zanzi and to my surprise later today After 5pm. Dr.Zanzi called me. He told me to come in to his office at 7:30pm. He coincidentally had been working and had someone fixing his compressor in the office. Such a wonderful, caring,compasionate individual. Well, I went to my appointment November, 2018. There Dr. Zanzi asks me a gunshot full of questions. Like what hobbies do I have, etc. Not the sort of questions you ask someone in a business. I am a 65 year old man and all this Dentist did was LIE to me. I was told I had a cavity and they made an appointment for that. I never went to the appointment and it was canceled. So, I found another QUALIFIED dentist in Auburn, California and after they took all 360 degree pictures of my teeth, my now new dentist informed me that I have NO cavities. If you go to this particular dentist you go, "AT YOUR OWN RISK." I do NOT advise anyone going to this dentist. P.S. He personally cleaned my teeth and now my new dentist has made an appointment for me January 2019 for cleaning. This dentist was a complete waste of $170.00! read more

Dr Nader Zanzi has been my dental provider since 2008. I now have my entire family who live locally, going to see him, including 3 of my grandkids. He is funny, genuine, and takes care of the problem, without making you go thru procedures you don't have to YET, to get your issue handled, and get out of pain. I had a bad tooth ache before I scheduled to visit this clinic. The receptionist was welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. After meeting upon Dr. Nadir, I found him thoroughly professional in his work. His ability to understand patient's problem is commendable and he makes sure he has the correct remedy to cure it. I have visited the clinic 2-3 times and I've found it very hygienic and the entire staff makes sure that the patient leaves the clinic feeling happy. After becoming bored with my previous Granite Bay dentist, I did some searching for a new dentist and ended up here at Advantage. Over a period of 2 months, I got a routine cleaning and then needed about 8 fillings (college wasn't kind to my teeth)! I feel that after so many visits and so much dental work done, I have gotten a pretty good feel for this office and the work the Zanzi brothers do. My opinion is...they're great! I've worked mostly with Nader Zanzi, and I really adore this guy! He is so funny and wonderful to talk with. He has a real down-to-earth personality and is very personable. As a dentist, he is very sensitive and responsive to the differences between each patient. He takes the time to listen to your needs and work appropriately depending on what you need. He seemed to do a very good and thorough job on my teeth. I also really liked Raj Zanzi after I met him once when he did one of my fillings. He has a very different style than his younger brother, but is great as well. I'd say he's more to-the-point/business style in his interactions, but very efficient. He was very sensitive to my needs and was patient when I just couldn't seem to get numb on one of my lower teeth. He stopped drilling multiple times and did what he could to make sure I had no pain before continuing. He prioritized my comfort over his time and schedule. That was great. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone searching for a new dentist. Maybe try out each of the brothers and see which one's style you prefer. They're both excellent and I think almost anyone would be able to find what they need here. The dental assistants and receptionist (Deborah I think) are very nice and professional as well.
