After speaking with Scarlett on the phone briefly and looking at a slew of reviews I immediately felt confident that Bit A Bliss was the cleaning service for us. They promptly got a number back to us, scheduled a date and that was it. I just arrived home and the house is SPOTLESS. After having a new baby in the home for a year things start to slip through the cracks. With baby two just two weeks away we feel MUCH better about the cleanliness of our home and it FEELS AMAZING. I consider us to be pretty clean people but you realize what a wonderful job was done IMMEDIATELY when you walk in the door. Baby two can lick the floors if she wants at this point. I completed the request on-line today for a quote. Provided all the details they wanted plus got specific about extra cleaning I am looking for, such as wooden blinds cleaned. Selected three dates they could provide the quote to me, basically today (Friday) and the weekend, Sat/Sun. Also picked those days of the week as the ones I'd regularly want as my service date. Response from the business was lacking (see attached). They were "unable to service," and do not work weekends. I guess that means no quote on the work and future Fridays are out, too? Probably won't pursue anything further here.

I am a stage 4 cancer patient and was matched with Rag Mops as part of "Cleaning for a Reason", an organization that matches a cancer patient with a participating cleaning service to provide 2 free cleanings, one month apart. My experience with Rag Mops was even better than I had hoped for. As a cancer patient, things can change day to day and sometimes hour by hour. Rag Mops was so patient and accommodating when I had to cancel a couple of times due to treatments and pain level. We worked together to find a mutually agreeable day and time for the clean, and as I mentioned before, the service was amazing! They sent one person for our house, and she was friendly and open to requests during her time here. She did a very thorough job and I haven't even a single complaint! Thank you to Rag Mops for our cleaning and even more for their participation in "Cleaning for a Reason"! You will undoubtedly be blessing more and more cancer patients over the months (and possibly years) to come!

We dealt with repeated late arrivals, last-minute scheduling changes, and multiple ignored requests regarding our dogs being locked outside in the Texas heat despite specifically asking that this not happen. On one occasion, an unfamiliar cleaner was sent who did poor-quality work. We tried to be patient and understanding because we know life and schedules can be hectic. Recently, we postponed a cleaning due to expected rain and muddy conditions, gave advance notice, and still fully accepted the accumulation charge without complaint. However, shortly afterward, our own cleaning was rescheduled last minute on their end. When I politely requested to speak directly with the owner about the ongoing issues after years of being loyal customers, I was repeatedly redirected through assistants instead of being treated with the professionalism and respect you would expect from a business relationship of several years. The final response we received focused more on defending staff and confirming payment expectations than addressing the actual concerns being raised. At that point, it became clear that accountability and customer communication were no longer priorities. Unfortunately, we can no longer recommend this company based on the overall customer service experience.

I read the reviews of Elevate (see, reviews do work!) and decided to give this company a shot. Immediately, I liked how they offered to come by the house to assess. That might not be everyone's cup of tea since it takes longer for a price quote, but I didn't want there to be any confusion on anyone's part of what was expected. Again, this was my first time using a cleaning service and I also wanted to know exactly what I would be getting. I decided after speaking with Mara, to go with a monthly deep cleaning service. A price was given and a time slot was chosen. When I tell you I was excited for my first cleaning experience, I am not lying. But I still had my doubts on the day of. My partner told me they were done in under 3 hours and then quickly left. With two cleaners in a 4 bed/2 bath house, I figured it would take at least 5 hours for a first time deep cleaning session. I came home, half expecting that I got duped and the cleaning wouldn't be up to my standards. I am so glad that I was wrong. It's been 4 days since the cleaning and I'm still in awe at different spots that are now cleaned. They did a fantastic job! Baseboards, showers, mirrors, wiped (like seriously wiped) the bookshelves and the DVD area. They even cleaned our coffee pot! Like what? Anyway, I could go on, but just know that I'm in love with this company and they will continue to have our business. I hope that this level of deep cleaning is consistent and I suspect that it will be. Can't wait to write an updated review in a few months! Can't recommend Elevate enough!

The cleaners did not wipe down the kitchen countertops, did not wipe the kitchen table, and didn't vacuum all of the carpets, crumbs and debris still prevalent after cleaning. These are things you would expect even from a standard cleaning, let alone a deep clean. The most frustrating part was how the situation was handled afterward. When we contacted the supervisor the next day to ask them to make it right or offer a partial refund, she refused to do either. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she made sassy and unprofessional comments to my wife and showed no interest in fixing the problem. For a $400 service, this felt very unprofessional and honestly pretty scammy. A company that stands behind its work would at least try to correct obvious mistakes. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.
