I think he should add it to the menu as I'm sure I'm not the only one who would buy a big container of it. We also love the arancinette (rice balls with cheese). They are crispy on the outside while still tasting light. We have also tried various pasta options, which have been great. The owner even brought out frozen grapes in the summer one time, which was a nostalgic treat.
