Frank collaborated with me as a homeowner, worked within my budget, looked at the photos and video evidence, considered my safety needs, and got it done. Frank from Captain Pest Control followed up as well. Very nice, very knowledgeable about pests as well as homes and architecture, and he's very professional. He didn't try to sell some "maintenance" package. When you do it right, there's nothing to maintain. Now if only "Pest Control" included lawyers, insurers, and HOAs I'd be set.

He put poison everywhere and promised that I would see roaches everywhere the next day but they would look drunk and then I would never see them again and he didn't lie! The day after the extermination visit there were wobbling or dead roaches everywhere. I cleaned them up and as promised I haven't seen a roach since. This was in November! Frank has followed up several times since and was the sweetest guest in my home. He even swept from behind my refrigerator and stove because I was too scared to.
