I paid full price for all four pairs, and the very next day every pair went on sale. Since I had never shopped at Dillard's before, I assumed they offered price adjustments like many other major retailers. I made the drive back to the store, only to be told they do not offer price adjustments. Instead, I was told I would have to return the shoes, wait until the next day, and then come back to repurchase them at the sale price. That policy makes no sense. If my size had sold out while I was waiting, I would have missed out on the sale completely. What was even more frustrating is that no one informed me of this policy when I made my purchase. Between the unnecessary extra trip, the wasted gas, and the inconvenience, this experience left a bad impression. I understand that every store has its own policies, but I believe customers should be made aware of important policies like this before making a large purchase. If you're planning to shop at Dillard's, I highly recommend reading their pricing and return policies before you buy so you know exactly what to expect.

My most recent position with the company was eliminated back in March, so when I was contacted on July 18th regarding another opportunity, I was genuinely excited about the possibility of returning. I was looking forward to interviewing and hopefully being given another opportunity with a company I had already worked for twice. I followed up several times after being contacted, and each time I spoke with the beauty manager, Zohra, I was led to believe that I was still being considered and that I would be contacted to schedule an interview. What was most disappointing was how things were handled this past weekend. I reached out again on Sunday and was told that I would receive a call on Monday. When I still hadn't heard anything Monday, I reached out again and was told I would be contacted within 15 minutes. That call never came. Instead, I received an email stating that the company was no longer interested in moving forward with me. I completely understand that being a former employee does not guarantee me a position or even an interview. I also understand that companies have the right to choose whichever candidates they feel are the best fit. That isn't my issue. My issue is that I would have preferred honesty and direct communication. After repeatedly following up and being reassured that I would be contacted--including being told that very day that I would receive a call within 15 minutes--I feel I should have simply been told that the decision had been made not to move forward with me. There was no reason to continue giving me the impression that an interview or conversation was coming. After working for this company twice and then having my position eliminated in March, this experience was especially disappointing. I feel like my time and emotions were played with, and I found the lack of transparency and follow-through from management very unprofessional. In a way, I'm thankful for the experience because it showed me that returning may not have been the right decision for me. I value honesty, communication, and people keeping their word. I can absolutely accept being told "no." What I don't appreciate is repeatedly being told to expect a call or an opportunity that never comes. Sometimes a rejection really is a redirection.

The store has an old-school feel, reminding me of Montgomery Ward and Gottschalks. Love that nostalgic vibe.

I wanted to come to this store because I desired to pick up summer clothes for my upcoming Mexico cruise trip. I walked around the store, hoping that I would find something nice. Unfortunately, nothing seemed to grab my interest this time around. As an alternative, I settled on purchasing the following items: * 4 pack of mini tweezers * facial cleaning wipes * jumbo loofahs * essential hair styling set * grilled seaweed roll snack The total came out to be around $25. Thankfully, I had a $5 off certificate due to being a Ross Mastercard® Credit Card holder. The staff member who assisted me was very unfamiliar with how to redeem the certificate, as she had never done it before. She asked her nearby cashier colleague, and didn't know either. Instead, the Loss Prevention specialist came over to the register and helped to redeem it. The store appeared to be slightly disorganized in some aisles but well-stocked. The checkout line was fairly long but moved at a decent pace. The rating of the stars is still stagnant at 3 stars. This specific Ross location is very hit or miss.

Many vacant units inside the mall and outside at those individual buildings. The decorations are very outdated and the mall is due to a major remodeling! The food court is next to the entrance. But looks very dark and the tables and chairs are old and uncomfortable! This is one of the biggest shopping mall in the City of Stockton. Even worse the straightener didn't even straighten out my hair, IT LEFT IT WAVY! Disgusting encounter! You could STILL see the curls before I added the water. The Water couldn't even straighten it out, AND IT WAS A STRAIGHTENER!! Right side was curled &' right side was my natural straight hair.

The offerings include makeup, snacks, beverages, plush toys, stuffed pillows, body sprays, etc. The price point of the items was not too shabby. The overall aesthetic of the store was adorably inviting. I also enjoyed the musical selection from the radio station; very upbeat and entertaining. The staff members were even kind and friendly. I'd visit Miniso again in the future, especially since I signed up for the free rewards program.
