The offerings include makeup, snacks, beverages, plush toys, stuffed pillows, body sprays, etc. The price point of the items was not too shabby. The overall aesthetic of the store was adorably inviting. I also enjoyed the musical selection from the radio station; very upbeat and entertaining. The staff members were even kind and friendly. I'd visit Miniso again in the future, especially since I signed up for the free rewards program.

It is very well managed, stocked, clean and organized. The cashiers are friendly yet efficient and usually keep the checkout line moving quickly. The store has security personnel as well as staff that restock during open hours, and some that monitor clean & spacious fitting rooms. The store has something for everyone at affordable prices! It is a small store but everything was super neat and well organized . The store was clean and bright and they managed to get a lot into such a small space . They had some gorgeous outfits on the mannequins and I did look around for a few minutes before heading up to the register to grab my order. While the cashier went into the back to locate it, I started browsing the clearance shelves . When she brought out my order she told me that because I picked up items today I could get an extra 10% off the already 50% off clearance items. That was an awesome bonus. As much as I love the store and the service, I loved the clothes even more. I bought a dress, blouse and a new bra online during their Labor Day sale and when I got them home everything fit like a glove. The quality of the clothing is fantastic. Unfortunately I can only afford to shop here when they are having a major sale and even the few items I was interested the in on the clearance racks were still out of my budget. If you're a plus size girly and money is no object, you should head over immediately. You must love the fit , quality and service. I, however, will have to stick to just shopping here a few times a year during the big sales, but I definitely look forward to it.

So i placed an online order for a shirt & the only reason i placed the order at this specific…read morelocation is because when i looked for the item, the availability said in stock & available for pick up. I placed the order pretty early in the morning (8:59am) & then received an email that the order was being processed. I also called to make sure that there were still some in stock & since i was told there was, i just drove there to buy what was on the shelf if my order for whatever reason wasn't ready. When i got there it was a little busy, understandable since it's dec 23rd, but i waited in line to ask about my order after not finding the shirt on the shelf. The woman at the register was rude to the person in front of me so i didn't expect much. She told me that she's been busy & hasn't had time to look in the back for my item. That's fine. I asked if it would be ready later in the day & she assured me it would be & that i would receive a text. I had more shopping to do anyways so i left & went about my day. That was at 11:30am. At 4:00pm I still hadn't been texted so i called customer support. I asked about my order & they put me on hold to call the manager & ask what was going on. They let me know that the manager said they were busy & that she would check the next day. The store closes at 9pm, & the manager already decided that she wouldn't bother with my order till the next morning. Again, it was fine. I get a text at 7:10pm saying that my order has been cancelled. I go to check my email & see that it was cancelled because now all of a sudden it's out of stock. Even though online it says it's available, & even after i had called in the morning & was told it was available. So either the woman was petty enough to just cancel the order because i called to check up on it, or the manager just can't be bothered to update the store's stock. It's funny because when i go online it still says available for pick up. I didn't catch this employee's name, but she's the oldest woman who works there. There were other employees there when i showed up in person so it's not like she was swamped alone today but from who i saw there she's definitely the oldest. If you don't want to work then why are you there?

Clothes, jewelry, backpacks, party items and much more. The prices are like any other place like this at a mall. In the front of the store the set up is basically set up for the youth. All types of shirts and trinkets for them. On the right side of spencers is shirts on the wall and some jewelry. In the center they have a poster section and clothes for the little ones. I didn't go to much on the left side of Spencers and the back. That's where it was getting a little intriguing. I tried to snap shots, but as soon as I was snapping in other areas, people noticed and looked a bit nervous around me. I'll just say this, Spencers has some interesting toys in the back. Next time I'm here , I'll try to take photos. So Spencers Gifts has a little of everything for everyone. I should of came here a long time ago, but at the time it wasn't my thing. I'm a fan now :) Yes I had an enjoyable experience , today at Spencers Gifts. I'll definitely be coming back. When I entered the staff did not great me or make an effort to leave behind the counter. As I looked around the store and the pile in my arms began to grow no one offered to get me a fitting room. I had to look around to even find the dressing room. When I finally checked out the associate put up a finger asking me to wait while she finished her milk shake. When she asked if I found everything. I told her that I was disappointed and asked if I could talk to the manager. She stated she was the assistant manager of the store and acted as if it was no big deal that she ignored me my whole shopping trip. Needless to say I will not be shopping at this location again.
