This Hot Topic location is a chill, relaxed store with excellent service, and a pretty expansive selection in terms of clothing, jewelry, and accessories. If you or someone you know is entering the world of alternative/goth/emo/pastel fashion, or even loves y2k fashion, by all means give Hot Topic a visit. There are also some good quality novelty shirts here that would make a great gift. Hot Topic used to be reserved for the darker aesthetics of fashion - these days they have really expanded their horizons to include some of the fresher, up-n-coming aesthetics out there at the moment. As far as pricing goes, it is bordering on "pricy" but you're getting a pretty good value on their products. I've had nothing but good experiences with Hot Topic fashion and accessories, and the quality is really great. Many of the items come in multi-packs so especially with their deals you're getting a few different colors/styles. Good quality stuff that lasts a long time. A lot of my alternative wardrobe and costume pieces are from HT and they all still look really new and fresh. Plus, they have inclusive sizing! This is a great place for any plus-size folks looking for good quality alt fashion that flatter all body types. This location also has exceptional customer service. The associate Tonen was incredibly kind, funny, and helpful in my quest to find oddly specific merch. His sense of humor and cheerful demeanor made my day. I could tell by the vibe of this store that the employees who work here are pleasant, fun, and hardworking people. I have found that enthusiasm is a rarity with many mall-specific stores these days, so it was very refreshing to receive such friendly service. I feel this place is prejudice against "fluffy" people. They never have my size, even on new designs. Everytime I've ever asked about my size I'm told "try on-line that's usually where we sell larger sizes" so basically us "fluffy" people won't ever find stuff we can take home the same day from the store. Even the store itself isn't set up for "fluffy" folks to walk through. That's unfortunate because my wife has a credit card from Hot Topic and she will never use it because of the unfairness. read more

Won't customer service ever. Waited in line outside for 45mins. Got in the store no one helped me. Found what I wanted. Wad taken outside waited in line again for 30mins. Was taken back inside and told to wait in line again. Guy ant the cash wrap told me he couldn't take my money so I left. I come to Hot Topic because, I have three children who love to shop here. For myslef I like checking out the different types of shirts they have to offer. Today I came in to see what they have in stock. Seems to me Hot Topic will carry a certain item for so long. Then it's pretty much out of stock. I walked around and took a look at everything. I took photos of clothes and hats and other stuff and sent the pics to all three of my children. They chose what they liked, so I'll be making one more trip here probably this weekend. I don't really like just buying them stuff when I'm by myself. I enjoy it very much shopping with them. This place has a lot of different things for all types of crowds. My eldest Princess she's more into the shirts that'll have a band logo on it. My Son is like the Marvel and DC Comics super hero shirts. My youngest Princess loves the anime and videogames types of shirts. So there's something here for all three of them. Hot Topic pretty much has the latest trends. From shirts to posters and gauges for your ears and music. Sweaters , belts and much more. Most of us been to a Hot Topic and maybe some of us haven't. But if you feel like rocking a Stone Temple Pilots shirt or a Rage Against the Machine shirt. Ahh the good ole days, when music was beautiful :) They'll probably have it here. Hot Topic is my favorite store for shopping so it deserves my 4 star. I love the selections of their "hot topic" clothing. I mostly collect their jackets and sweaters. Everything else is okay like the anime shirts. Best place to collect your pop figures. Other than that, this is your typical hot topic store. Workers are friendly and greets at door. After UPS lost my hot topic online order, I was trying to track down the items for my daughter's birthday this weekend. I decided to check this location since it was the closest mall to my work and I could go pick things up in my lunch break. I called 10am right when they opened and luckily they had one of the items that was in my lost order. The girl who helped me on the phone was nice and professional. She put the item on hold for me. I also found another item that I had not seen at other locations. The parking lot to this mall is very narrow. All though the items this store carries are awesome, their policies of customer service are unheard of. Its a week before Christmas and I had been informed I had to wait in a line nearly out the door for online orders, as there was no separate line. Ok fine. Thats fair. Once I was to the front, the clerk looked my orders up and told me to proceed to the side. Another gentleman brought my orders out and opened each one up to verify contents. I told him I needed to return one and he told me I had to get in that LONG line again!!! I did because I had no choice. I absolutely love Hot Topic. I Love the anime collection they carry. They have great Disney theme items that come in. The themes are always so sassy and clever. However, I am obsessed with "Nightmare before Christmas" collection. The stores reward system is super cool. I love getting $5 off for the points that add up and the $15 off coupon. Hot Topic is a cool store with a wide variety of pop culture items that you'd have a hard time finding anywhere else, along with a selection of what I guess would be considered goth and hard rock/death metal stuff. I just stopped in this week after not having been there in years and immediately noticed the remodel. The store is more open and "breathable", does not look like Hell's gift shop as much as it used to. Less spiked dog collars for sale, too. The ambient music is still loud and unpleasant, in my opinion (to each their own), the beat going against the body's natural rhythm, so I could only handle a few minutes inside. They have neat item there...love sailor moon t-shirt,game of thrones, & the Disney's clothes! My daughter love the Disney stuff there. But some shirt are overprice like one t-shirt is $20.00!
