Rainbow Located off Wilson way in the Eastland Shopping Plaza. In Stockton, CA. Here's our story: We've ( Two Daughters and yours truly) been to Rainbow several times in the past. My eldest liked the clothes here and when my youngest got old enough she started to like the clothes here too. My daughter and I, visited Rainbow a few nights ago. Somehow she knew about the sales going on. As we walked in there was clearance signs all over the place. In my head I was thinking maybe they are going out of business. I wasn't the only one thinking that. Several customers were asking the retail associates on the sales floor. "If Rainbow was going out of business" But it was just Clearance sale "Out with old in with the new" My girls (Daughters) know how to shop. The lil one took after her elder sister. "Get the most for less" Outfits as low as $3 and $5 . I let my daughter do her thing. I just walked around took some pictures and talked to the staff. The staff was very cool and welcomed me and all that. I checked on my daughter off and on. But I saw her determination, so I let her be. At the end my daughter casually walked up to me and said "I'm ready" I noticed she didn't have any clothes with her. But she told me "They have them at the counter". So I'm proceeding to the counter and then I turned left to look at my daughter and she's kind of walking slow and looking at shoes and kind of giving me a look. I asked the sales associate where's the clothes. She looked back and my eyes got hell big. I figured $200 plus maybe $300 possibly more. But it wasn't even like that. She was able to find like 20 outfits top and bottom for $3 and $5. She also picked out some regular priced items. But I didn't mind. So we'll definitely be coming back real soon. Honestly the greatest store to go to. Has a large variety of clothes for any event. Customer service is always on point. 10/10 recommend. The younger Mexican security guard has great customer service and is one of the nicest and best guards I have ever met. read more

The store is huge, there is a very large selection a lot of cute styles, if you go to this store you will need 1hour +, you will most likely walk out with something, they have women clothing regular and the plus size lady's don't get left behind, they also carry kids clothes and baby clothing as well, weird but it's true, it's like a smaller Forever 21, I enjoyed the store, staff just needs to put their smile on and try to be a bit more helpful to customers. read more

We go into Rainbow occasionally as my wife likes different styles and usually finds something she likes. We were shopping in your store on 4-4-2019 and the experience was less than satisfactory. Although the clothes were fine the employees made our experience a sour one. There were three (3) girls working on the floor hanging and sorting clothes to be put on display. Not only was their conversation inappropriate but they were shouting and yelling all over the store. The conversation was a combination of arguing and blaming each other for whatever was going wrong. There were about 10 customers in the store and no attention or concern was paid or given to the clients. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable and very annoying. On top of the disappointing staff was the fact that the lights were turned off, TWICE, while customers were still shopping. This was a safety and security issue that wasn't even considered. Besides making shopping quite a bit more difficult. We will more than likely to continue shopping in your store but we will definitely consider somewhere else first! read more

I have had bad experiences here in the past but for some unknown to me reason I kept going back...until today! I had been browsing ants decided on a shirt, I go up to the registers and wait to be acknowledged someone says they will be with me in a moment(even though I am the only person there). I wait patiently as the manager tells the cashier " I think she's ready", twice. I still do not move forward as I am waiting to be acknowledged by the cashier, the manager tells her again "I think she is ready" then looks at me and says "are you ready, do you want us to come get the stuff!". I was dumbfounded, I set my things on the counter and said I changed my mind. How F-ing rude! read more

Horrible!! Customer service is not a priority at this location. I was not allowed to "look" at the shoes because they will fall off the display but the whole store was in disarray! And how else am I to know if I want the shoes or not if I am not allowed to touch them? They need a sign that says " don't touch the shoes" if they don't want people to touch them, not yell at us not to "look" at the shoes when we walk in. As far as I am concerned, looking at the shoes won't make them fall. read more
