There was no counter or desk of any kind. There was a lady sitting in one of the chairs listening to something on her phone. I stood there for a few more seconds maybe a total of 45 seconds from the time I entered the store, wondering if anyone else was there. Finally, the woman sitting said hello when whatever she was watching on her phone ended. She was the owner. Well, well. But I continued on, don't judge, I kept telling myself. I sat showed her 2 pics of possible cuts one very short the other longer. She suggested the long cut. Ok. She asked "are we going to shampoo"? Duh, yes I said, then she proceeded to go through a pile of clothes putting them on hangers and then on a rack. She sold clothing and other products. Ok that's cool, but why am I sitting here and she's using my appointment time to hang clothes. I was watching her and my face must've said something because she just grab this pile of clothes then I realized she was getting this stuff off the sink so she can wash me. What the? I kept telling myself "don't judge" this may be the best cut experience ever. Well, let me tell you the worse hair cut ever. I can't begin to tell you what I got for $100. Some big sausage roll on one side of my head and slapped down the back and sides with gel. I can't go on but this was a lesson for me. Upon my entry into the business and she's letting me stand there while she finished some reel on her phone. I should have turned and walked out. I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN. And ppl do your research.
