I called this store twice. The first time, I had a pleasant phone conversation with a man regarding…read morea hair toner he said was in stock, and the price was reasonable, so I went in the following day. However, when I arrived, there was a sign on the door indicating they would be back at a certain time, shown on a hand-drawn clock. I called the store, and a woman answered, explaining she had stepped out to pick up her children and would return in 20 minutes. I ended up leaving.
I returned the following week and found the store unlocked. Inside, a woman was sitting behind the counter on the phone. When I asked about toner, she pointed me toward the section, which was extremely disorganized. The toners appeared old, inventory was scattered, there were large gaps on the shelves, and the specific toner I needed was not in stock.
I decided to purchase eyelash glue instead. At the counter, I found my usual brand, but when I opened the box to check it, there was no safety seal. I asked if I could open another box to confirm whether it was sealed, and the employee became upset and told me not to open any others, insisting they were all brand new. However, the packaging on the box I examined was missing, while the one underneath it was sealed in plastic. When I asked if I could purchase a sealed one, she refused.
At that point, I declined the purchase and left. I would not recommend this store due to poor organization, lack of cleanliness, limited stock, and cold customer service. I would definitely take my business elsewhere.
