Seems to me like the manager just makes several rules as she goes, she only tells you about the reward system for her benefit so she can sell more shoes. Do not agree with her style of service, definitely not for the customer and all about herself! Has an extreme attitude problem that needs to be checked from upper management. read more

My son's all time favorite place to shop...he loves Vans everything-shoes, clothes, hats. We've always received excellent customer service from everyone that has ever helped us but on our last visit, it was exceptional. He recently received some gift cards for his birthday and for whatever reason, one of the cards wouldn't read on the scanner. It took 3 employees and several tries but they patiently kept at it until they figured it out so he was able to use the card for his shopping spree! Many thanks Vans! read more

Came into the store to buy some marvel limited edition vans kicks. While they did not have all the kicks that I wanted, I was able to get the pairs for my coworkers. The customer service was outstanding and I was never pressured into stuff I didn't want. Needless to say, I ended up spending $400 at the store. And I got to see my pops for early Father's Day afterwards. read more

The worst customer service I have ever received. Took my sons, he is 13 years old, shoes in for a broken shoelace. They had been worn one time. Explained, I thought they should give me new shoelaces and they told me I could buy them. Showed them the shoes which were worn once and the laces. Said they could not give away free stuff. I could not return them because they were worn once. They somehow felt a broken shoelace after one wear was good. I asked does it make sense that a shoe string breaks after one use and I should have to buy new ones. They repeated the same line. They read in a book, you can buy laces we can't give anything away. I told him I thought their customer service was a joke and terrible. Said I would buy the shoelaces and never another pair of shoes. I was told to leave, we won't sell you the shoelaces because of your attitude. They went on to tell me if I don't leave we are calling security. I am 57. Not a threat to these young kids. They seemed to freak out because I did not agree with their policy. My telling them I did not agree and questioning their thought process terribly offended them. I have never seen people so offended by being told their policy was ridiculous. Sad to see their manager acting this way. You need less to say, I will never spend a dime in their store again. I've been rocking Vans a Majority of my life. Vans are one of three brands of shoes I'll sport. So when it's time for some new kicks for my eldest Princess and I. We come here to get our shoes. This Vans store sells al of gear for all the Vans lovers out there. I love their hats here and the Vans socks. I bought a few Vans shirts before for my daughter. The latest Vans shoes are the Star Wars edition. Those shoes are hella clean , but more of a collector's item if you ask me. If you can catch some good sales, that's when it's the best time to come. I'll come in from time to time just to check prices out. When you have a family of four, you need to find them deals. If you don't know where the Vans store is. Amazing customer service. Justin went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Unfortunately they didn't have my size in some of the shoes so he went ahead and called a couple of stores for me. Luckily I was able to reserve one at the Tracy Van's store. He's knowledgeable about the shoes and took his time to make sure everything was good with me. 10/10 would recommend! read more

I purchase a pair of shoes for $50.00 as a gift on black Friday they gave me a bonus card $20 off my next purchase, the shoes didn't fit so I brought it back for exchange 12/27/13, I also purchased a backpack for $50, two lanyards for $13.90, and a pair of shoe laces for $0.99, the shoe for exchange was on sale for 29.95 so my total came up to about $102.00 with the $20 bonus card it went down to about $82. So I was charged for about $82. But, what happened to the $50 I spent for the shoe I brought back for an exchange, because that should bring my total down to about $32, instead I was charge for the full amount $82. The employee Justin didn't even put it in the transaction, so I just lost $50 believing their employee knew what he was doing. My loss for not double checking, but hopefully this doesn't happen to you. I will never go here again, they couldn't do anything about it because I lost my receipt n they could only find one part of the transaction(the lost receipt), but not the first one that they kept the receipt from me for exchange. So they're saying I have no proof that I did bring in the $50 shoes for exchange. Do the math if you like, but this isn't rocket science. My family and friends will never go here again. read more
