Little to NO experience with "experienced personel" limited scope of foot ailments. Disappointed that I was unable to order orthotics and chose a shoe (limited selection) with medical purchases. Stockton employees continue to disappoint...but not surprised as businesses close and people buy online rather than engage with employees who truly are clueless in positions that they shouldn't be. If you're gonna sell shoes, know what you're selling. If your charging medical insurances and consider yourselves a medical support team, than have the expertise or knowledge of it!! My Goodness Fleet Feet does a way better job than Foot Solutions or elite foot or whatever you rebranded too... Do better, people depend on it, disabled people do!!! read more

I bought my husband a pair of work boots in October. He started wearing them 2 weeks ago. Dec 15, the heel part started to peel, and the whole soles of the boot came in glued. I took them in talk to the owner. The store owner clearly stated that anything on clearance to buy as is. Mind you, the boots were around 69$, not cheap. I will never purchase from them again. We try to support small businesses, but I will not support this one any longer, nor will I recommend them. For the record we have been buying work boots there for some time and never had this problem. Bye now. read more

Very bad experience!!! I will never trust foot specialist again without research. It cost me $169.99 + tax that I will never get back to learn this lesson. read more

Foot Solutions - This was bad review that I left on Foot Solutions in Stockton, CA website. When I told Ken I was going to leave a bad review on yelp. - Shoe Stores Near Me - Stockton, California

The store carries nice looking shoes but the older woman who works there and attempts to diagnose foot problems is bad for business. Not only did she discourage my purchase of a sale pair of shoes she refused to give me the name of the shoes she recommended as it is against store policy unless I was to buy them right there and then! She hid the box behind her back! No problem, my podiatrist recommended a brand and I purchased them at Fleet Feet. And, by the way lady - my PODIATRIST says I don't need those inserts that you said I needed and according to my X-rays- your diagnosis is wrong! I don't have bunions! People- STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE IF THE OlDER WOMAN IS THERE!!!!!! read more

If I could give it no stars I would !! I have the receipt for the shoes and the box ! I bought them yesterday wore them for a couple of hours and they hurt my feet , went to take them back and the office mgr was so rude to me !! She wouldn't take back the shoes and started yelling at me saying that I was threatening her bc I told her that she should let me trade them in for another pair and she would not !! I am so mad and I can't believe she's an office mgr she was the rudest lady to me !! And she didn't act talk or look professional !! NEVER GO TO THAT STORE SAVE YOUR MONEY THEYRE OVER PRICED AND SO RUDE !!! read more

Foot Solutions - No tight shoes! - Shoe Stores Near Me - Stockton, California

My mother was trying to get orthopedic shoes, covered by Medicare, through this establishment. The hoops for Medicare are hard enough to negotiate, but no one bothered to return my calls, or notify us that she was approved until it was too late to schedule. (The authorization is only good for ninety days from doctors' visit.) Forget this business if you have ANY choice! read more

The least pleasant retail experience of my life. TLDR: drove far to get here, brought orthotics in and was promised similar -- 2 visits later got something NOT EVEN CLOSE to what I brought in. After getting foam orthotics custom-made by my doctor and disliking them, I searched online for a store that would make hard orthotics. I finally found Foot Solutions, and then drove from Oakland to Stockton. I brought my (old) hard orthotics. I asked the staff if I could get orthotics "just like these" (i.e. full-length, similar material, similar size so they would fit all my current shoes). They said yes. I paid $$$$, got my feet measured, and then waited a month. Several phone calls later, my order had been "misplaced." Finally, it was in. Excitedly (since I was suffering from a lot of foot pain and really wanted new orthotics), I drove several hours from Oakland to Stockton, only to get there and find... half-length orthotics. I told the staff that I had clearly asked for orthotics "just like" my old ones, and they had said they would deliver. They apologized and told me they would re-make the order. I showed them my old orthotics again, emphasizing that I wanted new ones JUST LIKE THESE. Again, I was promised they would make them "just like" my old ones. Another month goes by and finally the orthotics are ready. Again, I drive hours from Oakland to Stockton, only to be met with huge, boot-like orthotics that are NOTHING LIKE what I showed them. What they wanted to give me would have required me to start buying size 13 EEE (I'm a 10M) in order to fit them in my shoes! UGHHHHHH. All that stress, hours on the road, and wasted gas money! read more

At first I was disappointed because i kept slipping out of my shoes. Took a couple tries with Kip trying new adjustments to my inserts and different style and size shoe, but he finally found a solution. I am very grateful to Kip for staying OT just to wait for me to get off work so he could help me. read more

I went to the store today knowing they didn't just sell shoes but have orthotic inserts . While they sized me correctly, and are trying to find me a specific shoe, they didn't bother mentioning the inserts that would help my arthritis that's affecting my hip to my foot. I will go back and specifically ask next time about it, but as of this visit...this was just a shoe store. read more

I had an awesome experience at Foot Solutions,! I was looking for some sandals that didn't hurt my feet. I was warmly greeted at the front door by Kip, who immediately measured my foot, had me step into a machine that showed my pressure points and explained what would work best for my feet. He brought out many options. I was at first looking for Birkenstocks, however since it had been more than 20 years since I bought my last pair, I was slightly overwhelmed by how much the prices have increased. After trying on a few different brands of sandals, Kip turned me over to Alec who found the perfect sandals for my budget. I purchased a pair of EVA Birkenstocks, which I am completely enjoying wearing on a daily basis. I highly recommend Foot Solutions. Thank you read more

My sister and I ordered her a pair of shoes from this store. We had placed the order and expected delivery within a couple weeks. After this time period, she called in to check on the status of the order and they said that they had not ordered them yet. After a couple more phone calls and some pressuring, they finally ordered the shoes, but ordered the wrong ones. We had to visit the store again to make sure that they ordered the correct ones and those were no longer in stock so we ended up having to settle with a pair of shoes that were a different color. The whole process took over two months. The attitude of the workers was pleasant and the store was nice but such a delay to meet the customers needs is not appropriate. read more

I went in 1/12/19 or there abouts I had my foot scanned and etc. I have given them my condition and my primary doctor's name. I had checked with my primary care physician to see if they have been contacted. Foot solutions have no recollection or record of my information of documents, doctor and most importantly foot scanned for insoles. I was greeted by a gentleman that complemented me on my "Keen", shoes but not being able to drive etc, this was a total waste of my time and was very unprofessional on their part. Me being an epileptic any time I leave the house via bus or Lyft is a small risk. I was told by the gentleman to get in contact with with my primary care doctor or neurologist and have them ready for a referral for them to proceed. Thanks foot inconvenience for the frustrating ordeal. Its now 1/24/19 where did my information go? Foot dementia should perhaps be your new name. read more

I want to thank Heidi, Chris, Kip and the staff at Foot Solutions. I was in desperate need of dress shoes for work and shopping at Target was disappointing to say the least. As someone who needs to do a lot of walking in my line of work I value lasting comfort for my feet. As the name would imply I found just the solution for my situation at Foot Solutions. My feat were scanned and measured to find exactly where I would require the proper amount of support. A pair of shoes were recommended and my foot scan was used to create a pair of custom inserts for MY feet. The entire process took one week and two visits to the store. By the time I was done I had purchase a pair of shoes with custom inserts for less than I was expecting to pay for custom work. If you're having discomfort or just need to upgrade your current shoe situation you need to visit Foot Solutions in Stockton. read more

This place is wonderful. I have super horrible plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis. I have 2 pair of shoes for this, that I have worn all summer. Needed to find something not painful and kind of cute for dressing up. I had the pleasure of dealing with Victoria. I told her my problem and my problem ,also, of having size 11 feet, which is hard to find anything nice in that size to begin with. She went in the back, and came back with like six boxes of comfy/cute types of sandals. Then she went thru, and showed various types of inserts, and put them in my tennis shoes so I could try them out. She also didnt make me feel pressured to buy the shoes, like some other orthotic stores do. I ended up getting 2 pair of shoes and a set of inserts. She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed there. It really seems like she loves her job and cares about her customers. I might be going back to get another pair very soon. This is my new "messed up foot" foot store to go to. Another good thing is, you have a chance to return something here too. I got ripped off at Good Feet Store and am never ever going there again! Thankyou, Victoria. read more

If you want the best professional service for buying comfortable shoes, this is by far the best place to shop. I travel from Modesto to buy comfortable shoes that I know will be made and fit to the best quality by expert staff. read more

I went in to this shop today with the intention of purchasing much needed, very expensive shoes, but walked out empty handed after 20 minutes. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store, then waited about 5 minutes before a gentleman asked if there was something we needed. I explained what I was looking for and he told me that he'd be with me as soon as he was done with his current customer. 10 minutes later, after the store had cleared out, a woman approached and asked if I was being helped. I responded with what I'd been told, and despite the gentleman still being busy, I was left to wait. I waited another 5 minutes, then left when the gentleman finally reappeared from the back room, still helping the same customer AND also began helping someone else who came in after I did. (There were 2 others who weren't helping customers that COULD HAVE assisted me). I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

i spent one of my worse 6 month working at this store,Foot Solution, Stockton. It's started all so sweet- potlucks,X-mas gifts, but do not trust they smiles! You will regret later! First of all:There is absolutely no training ON SHOES!!. You training on shoes- to move all stock room around, over and over again.Every new employee should move stock room around.Working here- like walking on the egg shells- you never know= when your boss(owner) will yell at you,not even explaining what did you do wrong. If customers do not want to purchase the shoes that owner pushing on them- he got frustrated and will throw all his frustration on the employee! The HR person,Jennifer, is a BULLY!It is ok for her to yell at the employee and make a sarcastic ,rude comments. She is ,also ,like that with customers she didn't like. The store manager told me, that she makes one lady-customer so angry that the customer throw socks at her and told her that she will file a complain to the corporate. She totally messed up with my unemployment, telling them that i 's quits, when i was fired because the owner's son is back to Stockton and need a job .Also, she holding back my first week paycheck. It is much more to this.I've filed the complain to the California Labor Department.I just want people to know what they are dealing with, when they apply to this company. Also, 13.00 in hour, no benefits, no sick days, not even paying holidays.I 'll make sure, this review will go up to the corporate and to the every hiring web site! read more

Chris was AWESOME! I hate buying shoes and do it as infrequently as possible, but Chris made it enjoyable. He's very friendly and knowledgeable, with lots of experience, he even knew the brand of shoes I was wearing and the bag I was carrying on sight. He also recognized the issues with my feet and ankles right away and knew what my concerns would be. I was greeted as soon as I walked in about 12:30 pm on Wed afternoon. there were a few people shopping with couple other sales people. I never felt rushed. I just gave him a few requirements for black, tied, work shoes and he brought out many pairs in a range of brands and prices. After an hour and half of back and forth (and having fun with a fellow shopper), I ended up with 2 pair of work shoes and another for casual. Very satisfied. I highy recommend. If you can, ask for Chris. read more

Their sales team makes sure that you are properly fitted in the right shoe because they are certified to do that. They have comfortable shoes and insoles to fit your daily lifestyle. I always feel like 'Cinderella' while shopping at this store because they tie up the shoe and put it on for me. Not only one shoe, but both of them. The only store in Stockton that still offers this service; a service that is truly lost in the shoe industry. My feet no longer hurt thanks to Foot Solutions in Stockton. Definitely a way to go for happy feet. Happy feet, happy me. And they have a wide range of socks, too. I love socks! read more

My feet were hurting due to sports and we stopped into the store on our way down highway 5. I went in looking for some casual, athletic style footwear that would be comfortable for walking. The owner, Chris, waited on me, retrieving several pairs of shoes from the back and even fitting them on me (a service I haven't enjoyed dinner I was a teenager). After I began to choose styles based on looks (at first), Chris steered my choices towards more comfortable styles. He brought out several styles of dressy/casual pairs of shoes as well that were similar to my description of preferred styles. Chris was very busy and short staffed this day due to an unforeseen employee emergency. I tried on all the pairs he brought me and decided on one pair each of walking and black Mary Janes. Chris was very knowledgeable, personable, friendly and helpful. This guy really knows his inventory and how to find the right shoe for your needs. My knee pain went from a 6/10 to a 1/10 from SHOES! I highly recommend this store and owner and I will return for future purchases! Thank you Chris! read more

OMG! If you are having problems with your feet, this is the place you need to go to! My wife had been complaining about pain in her foot that just kept getting worse, so we go to the doctor and she is told that she has planter fasciitis and there's nothing that they can do for her. Gave her some exercises to do and recommended she get some good shoes. Came to Foot Solutions and were met by Steve. He listened to everything we told him, then he started explaining the pros and cons of different brands and styles of shoes that might help relieve the pain. Let me say, this guy knows his shoes! He took the time to make sure each shoe fit, was comfortable, and stylish to boot. (excuse the pun) When he made suggestions, it wasn't to push you towards a more expensive product, it was to help get rid of the pain and get you walking healthy. He stayed with us for almost an hour, and when we were done both my wife and myself left extremely happy and with 3 pairs of shoes between us. We carried out our old shoes! We couldn't be happier with both the service and the professionalism demonstrated by Steve. I highly recommend this store to anyone suffering from foot pain. They listen, and they care. I will be back! read more

I went into this store two weeks ago fully prepared to shop and purchase a pair of shoes. I had not been to this store since they moved from The Miracle Mile to their current location, many years ago, and had been receiving my hard to fit wide width shoes on line. I was eventuially greeted by a gentleman who indicated they did have the brand I was inquiring about but I needed to be "evaluated" by a foot specialist before I could buy them. Two representatives kept asking me if I had Medicare which was offensive and insisted I needed to be evaluated by their foot specialist (NOT a medical doctor I might add) and I kept stating I already was being followed by my podiatrist and did not need to see their person, that I knew the brand and the size and was prepared to pay a LOT of money for them. I was told they would not sell me a pair of shoes until I had seen their person which I did not have time to see or set up a future appointment for and was refused service. I was livid that the customer service of this previously well liked establishment had sunk to. I would never recommend anyone go to this store. I was treated with disrespect and felt unappreciated as a customer. My opinion didn't seem to matter. Very poor customer service and have since gone back to purchasing my shoes through my former online company, who I might add, always are willing to talk to me and help me find the best product for my hard to fit feet. They do not set up hoops I need to jump through to make a purchase. I was willing to spend an exorbitant amount of money for 1-2 pairs of shoes and would have been a repeat consumer but they have lost my business and should lose yours. Maybe if their customers drop off they will get the hint that most customers know their own feet and can make decisions without someone else's unasked for and unneeded advice. No Thank You Foot Source!!! read more
