The employee was on speaker phone with his boss the entire time we were there, discussing next week's schedule and even who had a funeral to attend. For at least five minutes we walked around the store waiting for acknowledgment. Not once did he greet us or tell his boss he had customers. He just kept talking and eventually walked out. On top of that, the store was extremely dirty. There was debris and black marks all over the tile floors, gum on the carpet, and visible grime around the fixtures and seating areas. It felt neglected and unclean. When customers are the only ones in the store, being ignored and walking around in a dirty environment is unacceptable. Basic customer service and regular cleaning would make a huge difference.

Hmm who knows....maybe a return on this slow day?? But that didn't stop them from acknowledging me. I really just wanted an exchange since I bought the shoes exactly 30 days ago and needed to exchange before the time was up. I DID not have my receipt present but Camilo took care of the situation. Unfortunately they did not have the size I originally needed and was sent over to the other sister location in the same mall. Although I had no receipt he still made an exception and called the other store to notify them. Awesome!
