This store is huge first of all, and the selection was outstanding. With a variety of price points, seemed like something was available for every budget. The store was clean, organized, and well stocked. The staff was outstanding when we asked for help, they were talkative and seemed to know the store well. The security guard immediately came up to us and took the box out of my hand and told us that we can't exchange unless we had a receipt or a phone number. when we went to put our phone number in and the card that it was used with they said there was no record of purchase even though we have a bank statement that showed we had previously paid $200 at that store. Going Forward my mom wanted to make sure that I received my Christmas present so purchased another pair shoes in my size and when she put in the phone number all of a sudden there was an account but still no record of the one of the ones that were paid for already. We called corporate and they let us know that it was in the managers discretion , they could've been exchanged they just chose not to. Came in to buy these black & green Puma shoes, they only had 2 pairs, so I looked at the clearance there was a ton of selection but was a little confusing to navigate on the wall. Today I was accused of stealing shoes from that store . I am an African American, women. A white male employee walked up to me and ask me to leave the store because he remembered me from returning stolen items. I informed him he had the wrong person would you like to look at my ID you will see my name is different from the person who returned items he refused and proceeded with his accusations. The young man began to laugh and giggle as if the situation was funny. I find that very disturbing . Although the other employees were very kind and respectful I felt I could never go back in that store because of my anger. The store itself is fine but the costumer service is terrible. Walked in and made eye contact with 3 employees and none of them greeted me. There was multiple employees walking around the store but none offered any assistance. I had to walk up to the cash register and ask for help. I was told I could buy eight pairs of shoes and when I brought them to the counter myself. They decided to take away pairs to make it "fair" not sure what type of business plan they're following. Not to mention their lack of product knowledge and store policy. How could you answer my question then switch up on your word. Horrible online service. Placed my order on the 8th and received a confirmation email the same day saying it'd take 7-11 business days to arrive. Received another email on the 19th saying my order had just been shipped, called the call center and was told that was out of their hands and there were a variety of reasons as to why it took so long, "the company has to first check to see the shoes are in stock, check their condition set up the shipping, wait for it be be picked up, etc.", it is now the 27th and still haven't received my shoes. I order online all the time and had never had this happen. Most companies let their customers know when an order is back tracked, never shopping there again. read more
