A yankee candle and white barn, which makes no sense why a small mall would have two stores dedicated to candles. Lots of stores that are just not that popular anymore like hollister and claires. I was assaulted by a white woman, simply because I asked her to move her cart to allow me to get to a rack. Because I'm disabled I was not able to defend myself. The police were called (by my 73 year old husband and I), I had to get medical attention, the Ross Stores manager on duty at the time did not provide any assistance to me at all; no video, no incident report, no water, no chair, no call to the police, nothing! I believe that because I'm African-American, it did not matter.

Today, My father experienced a dental surgery where all of his teeth were removed. We ordered some items and we went to pick them up after the surgery was completed and we picked up my dad. We noticed that we forgot to order something so my mom ran into the store to get it. The woman who was supposed to give us our groceries approached my window. I was seated in the Backseat behind the driver, and my dad was seated in the passenger seat. She started peering into the window of our vehicle because i didn't notice her, which i was a little bit weirded out by this, but it wasn't a big deal. When i noticed her, i rolled down my window, and she asked for my order information. but instead of talking to me, she completely ignored me and started talking to my dad. Despite the fact that he was in no condition to be talking, and she wouldn't even let me get a word in to tell her that he probably wasn't supposed to be talking because of his surgery. She then proceeded to have my dad get out of the vehicle and load our groceries into the vehicle himself. In her defense, she asked him if he wanted to load them into the car, but she worded it in a way like it was his only choice. Also my paper bag ripped because they decided to bag a gallon of milk and a gallon of turkey hill iced tea in a single paper bag. This caused the portion of the bag that ripped off to fall out of my hands and onto the floor which caused the iced tea to spill everywhere. Honestly i'm not looking for any compensation or warning anyone because the service inside is usually pretty decent, i'm just trying to let out my anger. Thank you so much for reading this review.

I didn't expect the store to take everything whatsoever, but…read moreout of 4 XL totes with a ton of both unused / tags still on designer bags and shoes, and plenty of in-style clothing with tags still on (I lost a lot of weight and wanted to finally clear my closet), they only accepted 16 items -- some of which were not the brand new with tags items (AE, Abercrombie, Aero, Vans / skate shop clothing like PacSun & Zumiez, etc., Coach, Kate Spade, MOSCHINO, etc.). The value of the payout for the 16 items was decent for the # of items, but not for their actual worth, which was expected, I just wanted it all out of my closet! The staff were SUPER nice and so helpful. 5 stars for the staff -- the only reason I gave 4 stars was because of their surprisingly low selection on what they accepted. The store overall was VERY CLEAN and well organized! The store is pretty small (the only location I have been to), but they have a pretty wide selection. I will say that they have a much wider womens selection than they do men's, but still a lot to choose from. The prices are low / moderate for the items. I will definitely come back to shop, and possibly consign in the future. I will warn with consigning to them that they look at the manufacture date tag (usually a small white tag on the inside side of the garment), and will only take items that have been purchased within the last two years. That being said, I had a ton of NWT AE jeans that were purchased over the summer (some staple jeans still in store) and they did not accept them. Some of this was due to their current stock, but I wanted to let everyone know! Overall it was a good experience and I'll be back!
