I went into this store to try on some sneakers and it was so difficult to tell who was a customer and who was an employee. One of the employees had saggy jeans (meaning part of his underwear was showing), with a hat, puffer jacket and the hood on, with a lighter clipped to his belt loop. That is SO unprofessional. Not to mention, the service was terrible! I asked an employee if I could try a pair of their shoes on. She goes to the back for at least 10 minutes, comes back out, she tells us that she is going to check with her manager about the number associated with the shoe, and by the time we turn around after waiting for some time....SHE IS BACK AT THE FRONT GREETING PEOPLE. There was no update about the shoe whatsoever, there were a lot of people everywhere, and we could barely identify who was a customer and who was an employee. The quality of service that Finishline has had in the past has deteriorated so much that it is ridiculous. This place could be a lot better professionally and service-wise.
