It was a $14 dollar difference to what I thought I was purchasing and I know it may not seem like a huge difference but it's a very misleading tactic to get people to spend more money than they intend to. The way this Walmart was set up was incredibly confusing. There was no consistent flow to the way the aisles were put together and it'd be easier for people to look for things elsewhere instead of wasting their time trying to find it here.

Another Employee walked by pretending they didn't see us. Eventually the previous Employee came back stuttering acting surprised we were still standing there claiming "she was getting help" for us. While standing in the store I called Customer Service asking if any Employees came to work today and after explaining the situation she would get someone. Instead of paging she called the dept, no answer. Finally a male Employee walking by who actually wanted to be there and do his job helped us. Then walked by this display. Does this grab anyone's attention and scream "buy me" ‍ Take notes from Wegmans, they do it better!

I had come in to receive a service, and he was huffing and puffing when he took a look at how much it was going to be and kept making comments about how it's going to be expensive with the amount of stones on my band. He offered me a discount, which I very much appreciated. I had thanked him and explained to him that my family had been coming to this place for years to which he responded, "yeah but you didn't buy the ring from us". There were some other comments made, but I didn't process what had happened to me in the store until I got into my car. After talking to my parents and friends, I realized this was not acceptable behavior. The other man that had walked up to me was very sweet, but my experience as a whole sucked.

We are so glad that we came here. Not only did they tell us IMMEDIATELY that both were repairable, they did so for a total of $102 -- certainly no where near cost prohibitive.
