If you value being treated with basic human Decency, do not shop here. I walked out feeling disrespected and humiliated by a staff that is clearly untrained and hostile. ​The experience at the returns counter was a disaster from start to finish: ​The "Frontline" Issue: The associate (thin with black hair) was flat-out insulting. She rolled her eyes, talked down to me, and acted like following the store's own return policy was a personal burden to her. It wasn't just "attitude"--it was blatant unprofessionalism. ​The Incompetence: A second associate with curly hair actually found me an exchange item in a larger size, only to suddenly "change her story" and claim it wasn't policy. Don't offer solutions you don't understand; it's misleading and incompetent. ​The "Leadership": When the manager was called over, things actually got worse. Instead of de-escalating, the manager was arrogant, dismissive, and provided zero help. ​When the leadership is this rude, it explains why the staff feels comfortable mistreating paying customers. The price was incredibly fair and Eduardo pointed me to Silver's Tailor Shop across the street to have my new suit quickly fitted to me. By 11:15 am I was headed home, at 11 am the next day I picked up my new suit from Silver's and it fit perfectly. At 4 pm yesterday I arrived at the wedding feeling very good about my purchase, and the new suit got me compliments throughout the entire event. Been spreading the good word about these guys for the last 48 hours and will definitely be back to them for future suit needs; hopefully on a less aggressive timeline.

When I mentioned concerns to Ray and Eddie, they knew exactly what I was talking about and needed. They started with a base dress shirt and suit. They listened to my concerns and wants regarding fit and comfort. Everything was tailored exactly how I asked..the arms were tailored for a fitted look and feel. Because they were knowledgeable to what I needed he made sure to leave room for movement (reaching and bending of arms) without sacrificing the look and feel. The length of my coat was trimmed and rests on my lap so perfectly. The back was trimmed so I would not be sitting on excess fabric and be uncomfortable while wearing it. In addition Eddie did the alterations on my wedding dress (taking in the bust, lining up the lace detail and adding a bustle) which both turned out amazing. Some key things we took away and appreciate about the service provided was the effective communication, professional and patience the staff had with me and my father.
