I was sitting in my car as she walked out with her balloons and other purchases. I noticed the balloons because I had seen her inside with me & they were pretty large. She walked out to her car which was parked in front of mine. I happened to look up at just the exact moment- I saw one of the balloons slip away into the air. There was no way she could have caught it because it had come away from the string. The lady was holding onto the string. She was frustrated and I told I saw what happened & I told her to go back inside. I stuck around because I wanted to be a witness if needed. She came back outside & said they were getting another balloon ready. But she also told me that the clerk inside told her " you should have held onto it " Who holds onto a balloon by the " nub"? And they used to provide the balloon weights free of charge with the purchase of the balloon! As far as the actual store - it's clear the workers work very hard & seem to have a good sense of " ownership ",my experience is that they care about the store and want it to do well. I've heard the supervisor discussing re- organizing the store in trying to keep it neat. This does seem to be one of the neater stores in the area. This store gets an Orowheat bread delivery, which I only used to see at the 99c store when they were around.

It's not gonna be super fancy or broad like Albertson's, but that's the point. You're also not gonna pay like Albertson's or other overpriced stores that apparently want an organ donation and your firstborn just to get out the door. I save a ton of money and the employees and owners keep me coming back. It feels like a neighborhood store, not a big chain. Also, you're not gonna find better beer and wine deals anywhere! Everyone complaining about having to leave their bag at the front, quit being so whiny and entitled and chill out. You sound exhausting. I/myself was asked to leave a Ross bag at the front the very first time I went into the store. Was I offended? NO. To me, that's just a good business practice to stop loss. They have a business to run, and there's a lot of loss that occurs when people walk in with bags. A LOT. The owners, who work their butts off, have to protect their livelihoods, and by extension the livelihoods of their employees. Grocery Outlet, I love you guys!

Some taste horrible and others are just nasty! I bought jerky once and returned it because it was just disgusting!! The only thing I would buy is a gallon of milk. Anything else is "Purchase at your own risk"! It's probably about to expire!! Never ever will I return here! The owner (I got that vibe) was a bit against my race. I got a horrible vibe from her. She was all about my ID when her workers and husband and sons never ask or bother!! Thanks for reading!!

I went to the restroom to wait, but she did absolutely nothing, and my daughter kept saying she was about to have an accident. So, I asked for the code next time, but she said no--she had to open it for me. I had to wait again, but my daughter couldn't hold it anymore, so I looked for someone else to open it for us (since there were three of us waiting by then). When the cashier saw me--I assume she saw me--she spoke over the intercom telling someone to open the restroom. I mean, couldn't she have done that from the start? They really need to improve that arrogant attitude--acting as if they're doing us a favor. The cashier's name is Claudia, and I think the owners should look into this; it is inhumane to make a little girl wait when she can barely control her bladder. This happened today, September 20, between 11 AM and 12 PM.

3.5-4 Stars Review…read moreis based solely on Amazon returns, not in-store shopping. I had forgotten that there was a Kohl's here in this plaza, so I Googled Kohl's locations in La Habra as I was going to be in area running errands and needed a Kohl's for an Amazon return. This Kohl's location is next to the now closed Amazon Fresh location on Imperial Hwy. There are plenty of parking spots near the front of the store, really convenient. As I stepped in, I did notice that the lights were darker than other Kohl's locations - maybe to save electricity or help "cool" the store down with the heat outside. The signs for Amazon returns was a bit unclear, but it is in the back lefthand side of the store, next to the restrooms and water fountain. I was able to return my item quickly, there were a few other customers before and after me. Overall, it was a smooth transaction and I was able to get in and out within a few minutes.

I was at Kohl's a couple of weeks ago to return something. The one worker said " next ". I placed my item on the counter & pulled up the return code on my phone. She seemed nice enough, not exactly rude but she didn't interact with me much. She spent the whole time complaining with another worker about a specific supervisor. Micromanaging, unbearable, they hate when they see this supervisor coming their way. I get it, very few people enjoy having to sit under another person. Maybe this supervisor IS a pain to work for, But this behavior is unprofessional. Not only should the workers be reminded but maybe Kohls should provide a means to empl their problems with coworkers,
