This Target is less than half the size of a "real" Target found in most states. Next up is the lack of stock. The shelves at this location remind me of Old Mother Hubbard's cupboard because they're always bare. On my most recent visit I found the shoe area completely destroyed. All the shelves in this section were completely barren & there were huge heaps of loose shoes on the floor. The same thing in the intimates section. In the cosmetics section I was looking for a very common lipstick color & brand. Not only were they completely sold out of ALL lipstick in this brand, all of the other brands were sold out too. It looked like the day after Black Friday, but in May. Same in the toy section. Toys were strewn all over the floor & several boxes had been opened to "liberate" pieces inside. I could go on, but you get the picture. The only thing this location has in stock consistently is sunscreen. ‍ It would be different if this was my first and last visit to this location, but sadly I have been going there monthly for 2 years and it never improves. 2 stars because it has a Starbucks, but the line in the morning is always backed up into the shampoo aisle.

Now when it comes to the managers.... I'm speechless worst I've ever seen. The front end manager Mary, is awful. Treats her employees like dirt in front of customers. I honestly wanna report this myself but instead I'm just gonna tell my other friends and business partners to stop shopping at this circus. Story time: My friend's mother had told me she had an incident with an employee where the employee had asked her why she is trying on the shoes without socks. Which in my opinion the employee wasn't totally wrong but the way he went about it was wrong. Now my friend's mother was pissed and asked for the store manager. The manager came and I quote from my friend's mother about the manager, "a joke". From what I was told the manager was apologizing for the man's behavior and that this isn't how the store is represented and she stopped the manager on her tracks right there and added that that was her first time ever in any Nordstrom store. Look I kid you not when my friends mother told me the manager gasped like she saw the end of the world and sat her down telling how sorry she was for experience and will get a discount on her purchase. Look the damage was already done and when I was told about this I was shocked that this so called High-end off price store was operated this way. I've gotten this Managers name and it is supposedly Lori not sure though since I've seen many other managers at this store. Bottom Line I've heard a lot about this specific store from friends and others who I don't wanna expose when it comes to the management and HR department. If you're a regular shopper here I hope you get as much as you can because I don't see this store lasting any longer. I have friends and family who will never give a cent to this specific store anymore and I think you guys shouldn't either. Most of the junk in there is awful anyways. Despite her difficulties, my mom brought a book and some measurements with her and was taking her time looking around because she needs it. So why should she or my sister be judged for that? When I arrived to meet them, I noticed that my mother was being closely followed and questioned multiple times about whether she needed assistance. To make matters worse, employees even announced they were calling security and continued to trail us. As we were leaving, the security guard left his post to watch us from his parked car with his headlights on. That feels like harassment. It's troubling that your staff would automatically assume those who take longer are shoplifters. I strongly urge you to reevaluate your team and provide them with training to prevent this kind of treatment. Because of this experience, I--and everyone I know--will think twice before stepping foot in your store again. We are seriously considering taking legal action we firmly believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness, especially in places where they should feel safe and welcomed. I went on line and was very impressed not only by the wonderful, tasteful offerings, but also seeing that Cathy models all of the clothing herself, instead of a model half her age! How nice is that? It's so refreshing to see the clothing modeled by a woman who is about my age! I ordered 2 maxi dresses with ruffled collars, Aqua Lane and the Black and Beige. I am full-figured and was apprehensive to order them thinking they may be too clingy, but I took the chance and they are just perfect! I ordered size 1X. I wore one of the dresses to a family event and received so many compliments! The ruffle collar is pretty and feminine, but most of all so comfortable, especially with the side slit. For me wearing this dress with a pair of Spanx (my favorite is Talbot's....they are very comfy and slip on easily), made me feel shapely and confident. I find her prices to be extremely reasonable for the beautiful quality. I look forward to continuing to shop with Cathy and also making my way to her store.
