Although not close to my home, I like this location off the beaten path. They have a pretty well-kept store with all the items I needed for an upcoming vacay this summer . NOTE: lots of beach items just arrived so check them out soon as those are almost always gone by May. The dressing areas were well kept and staff seemed friendly.No long lines on Saturday bit it may be that it was Earth Day and customers were enjoying being outside instead of shopping. A win-win for me as I was able to get in and out quickly. read more

Meh. Place - The Marshalls here is not as clean, it is messy, disorderly in some areas of the stores, and I had a tough time digging through the items to see what I wanted. But I have to admit, they do have a lot of good home accesories for living spaces (which is the main reason I shop at Marshalls). Price - Everyone knows that Marshalls has one of the best deals, if not, even better when they are on clearance. This Marshalls is packed with tons of stuff. I've been here a couple times and always come out with something. They are re-organizing and re-stocking due to quarantine, but even so they stocked up pretty well. Good customer service, LOTS of home decor, and tons of gym clothing and regular clothing. You can tell they re-stock often because it's always up to date with the season. This location is more organized than most Marshalls/TJ Maxx. I recommend this location 100%. read more

Disgusting customer service from the manager. Beware of purchasing from this Marshalls, as they sell damaged goods and refused to assist.

Bought a comforter along with some sheets and a comforter cover. Opened the comforter found it hole and staines on it. Tried to return but the manager said "we cannot accept return for this item in this condition." I tried to explain to her that the comforter came in this condition, and the receipt shows that we had just bought these items two days ago, because they seal the bag inside the store, I couldn't check the condition of the item until I got home. At this point I didn't want to argue with her and asked if I can return the other two items that went with the comforter. She said that all of the items smelled like smoke, so she cannot take those return either, which is ridiculous because we live in a smoke free house, and the sheets and comforter cover has never been open. I tried to show her that the items were still in its original packaging, if I opened it I would have never been able to fold it back the way it was. She impatiently told us to call somebody and complain to them instead. Selling customer defective item and refusing to accept return is fraud. read more

Don't like this Marshall's. We went in looking for home decorations and found none. My husband went to look for jeans so I thought I'd browse the women's section. Nothing worth even browsing through. The clothes on the end racks weren't standing out and the whole place just seemed old and disorderly. read more

This store is a hidden gem. You have to be searching for it, as it's not advertised with a massive sign. Nice automatic doors. Helps when you have children! Baskets were clean and readily available. The store was a little messy, but honestly what discount store isn't? It definitely needed to be cleaned and organized. I really love their selection of high end hair products and soaps. They also have a great selection of hair styling tools- my current obsession. They also had a wide range of soaps and cosmetics. Your choice from ELF to Estée Lauder. All reasonably priced. The shoe department was in need of actual items. They may be waiting on a shipment? Either way, what they did have they did have organized and the shoes in the correct boxes. I did get confused finding the clothing. It's all over the place! Juniors was in the middle (I think) and women's was on the edge near the front door. Nothing special. It wasn't organized to the point I can could find the difference in regular items vs seasonal items. I was looking for something in particular, the item was located in two different areas. This was challenging to find out, because I needed another size. Luckily I did find the particular pants. I visited the dressing room, the employees were attentive and welcoming. I'm used to these discount stores having permanently angry employees. - When we finished browsing we checked out. The line was super short for a Saturday night. The cashier was knowledgeable and professional checking us out. He even explained a couple of things regarding the clearance items we purchased. I really enjoyed talking with him. I highly recommend this Marshall's for items from beauty to shoes. I didn't get a close look at home goods, but it looked like a great place to get lost in. Great location, a little over shopped due to the population in the area. They could increase shipments in some areas. They need better security on some of their items like cologne and wallets because you always see where someone stole something and you don't want to buy half of what's left in a cologne set. This Marshalls is a big dirty and very disorganized. Then again there weren't many people working there that could be the cause. I waited on the line for about 15 minutes while the associates talked to eachother about when they were getting off work. I had to get their attention to pay for my items. The store manager lady (coudnt see her name tag, cleverly hidden with sweater collar) doesnt want to take back a lady's suite jacket with price tag, totally untouched and unused. She said it has a mark on it and she can not sell it to anyone if she takes it back and i should have checked it thoroughly before buying. Funny (but not surprising) thing was, at the same time, she was giving it a very thourough check, trying hard to find one more excuse! My concern is (a) why wont you take it back when it has tag and everything and (b) why would you put an item for sell on the first place when you know it is damaged/has defect(s), which is very much possible in Marshall (its not Macys/kohls)! Very bad customer service, unruly store manager, stay away from this store! read more

Bad experience with the coordinator lady. I wanted to exchange a shirt I bought for my step father, I had the receipt and I left the original brand tag on, but I took the Marshalls tag off since the price is there and it was a gift. She told me I didn't purchase that shirt there, even with receipt in her hand. She said they didn't carry that brand and that she was going to check but she knew the shirt wasn't from Marshalls. She came back and didn't say anything to me just told another person to take care of me, so , I asked if she had found it and she said yes and walked away. Didn't even said I'm sorry I was wrong or anything to make the customer feel a little better after practically calling me a liar. read more
