If you're looking to get a good deal this location feels like it has a bit larger section for Backstage and Last Act than some other stores, though the Hawthorn Mall location still has more deals available. The store itself looks bright and clean, with everything well stocked and attractive looking displays. There were a few areas that could've been setup more neatly, and some misplaced items that could've been returned to the correct spots. There aren't a lot of extra staff walking around to help guests find items, however the logical arrangement makes it pretty easy to find items yourself.

We get an estimated window of 2 hours but I have never had to wait the full time. Once we arrive I have never waited more than 5 minutes to pick up my order. This is so incredibly helpful esp with an infant. Shopping alone is sometimes hard when they are this young and having a reliable service is so great! The only downfall is for the store itself, they are constantly out of so many things. Which is great when considering that means folks are really enjoy these same items, but the difficulty of getting things becomes a hit or miss. Overall, can't recommend target pick up service enough.

Maybe it's the volume of people who come through the store? I'm not sure but we occasionally come to Burlington to shop for our little guy because he keeps outgrowing his clothes. But every time we go to the racks, none of the size are organized. It's a free for all not just in the kids section but all of them. While we can occasionally find great deals for his clothes, it sometimes can be more stressful than it needs to be. If you're going to shop here, be sure to give yourself extra time because sometimes you'll need to dig to find sizes you need.

We've been coming to Gurnee Mills for three decades. Having lived in Michigan, Wisconsin and Ohio…read moreduring this time, the mall has always been accessible to us and a place that we liked to patronize when our travels included the northern suburbs of Chicago. This massive mall with nearly 2M square feet of space for up to 200 retailers is always an interesting experience. The repertoire of shops here, of course, has changed over the years. Gone are shops like Sears, Borders and Circuit City. Now there's more contemporary replacements like Kohls, Hobby Lobby and Primark. While many traditional indoor malls are dying a slow, painful death, Gurnee Mills seems to be thriving at least to some extent. The food court is still quite active and the storefronts still seem largely occupied. I particularly enjoy places like 2nd & Charles, the aforementioned Primark and Five Below. The food options like Starbucks, Cinnabon and Charley's Steaks are quite good for a drink, a snack or a light meal. There are also places for the kids to play. All of this housed in a pleasant facility continues to make Gurnee Mills an enjoyable place to visit.
