She told me to come to the shampoo area and without looking through my hair or even touching it, she stated, "because of the density, it will be $75 for a roller set." I then ask, "what is the cost of a shampoo and only blow dry?" she replied, "$65." I asked, "it's $65 for a shampoo and blow dry, no style are the prices online correct?" she replied, "Yes, the prices on the website are for people with thin hair!" I refused services and left. JCPenny's website mentions nothing about a possible upcharge nor anything regarding prices are only for people with thin hair. I was simply being hustled by a JCPenny's stylist. JCPenny should be ashamed for allowing employees hustle clients out of extra money. I'm glad that there remains a decent brick-and-mortar purveyor of men's clothing and accessories within the Mid-South. (On-line shopping is a very poor substitute for physically examining products and trying on clothing.) All in all, I have no complaints about the quality of service from the employees. I am probably in the men's dress clothes and scents areas the most often. I do tag along with the bride a good bit as well. She probably likes it here more than me so I get to see all the lady stuff too. She is especially fond of the purse section I have noticed. As far as scents are concerned, there is significant savings if you buy online, but you can't smell them online. I find success in asking the ladies for the "best smelling, least popular scents". Local Lime and City Silo are both fun and delicious places to eat at now. Due to its popularity, on some weekends it's well nigh impossible to find an open parking spot. So, my family and I have adapted to patronizing this area during the middle of the work week. I really like the collection and variety here, and recommend this shopping center as a relatively safe and high-quality location.

I am glad it's still here because the side it's on is like 20% full at the most. It was bought recently and is trying really hard, but I don't know man. They are leasing to some strange tenants, like taekwondo and karate studios, and a (swear to god) Slime store. Like you make slime there. That is the whole thing. The old Macy's is now some scary furniture store. I think there are at least 4-9 squatters in that mug. Milano's is even gone now!!!! What???!!!! Why????? I'm seriously going to cry. The other thing is that there were only 2 cashiers working there so the checkout line was even worse than the fitting room line.... I perused the Christmas aisles (now 75% off) and then went to the auto care area for oil, and you can choose from a standard register or self scan. I did not know Walmart went back to providing services beyond tire care! Today, I was going to just buy the oil but I decided to go ahead and get it changed since I was already there. The employee was friendly and asked what type of car I had before I requested service, which saves time and fuss, with pricing posted behind the register. The service for foreign cars is very, very limited, but personally I feel like that's a given. It isn't a big shop, so you don't have to worry about a long sheet of diagnostics you didn't ask for. It was a holiday, so including me, there were IF 4 people getting services, so the wait wasn't long at all. You check the status via text or app. They changed the oil, the filter, checked my tire pressure and alignment. You pay at the auto care center after the service is complete.
