I just stopped by randomly on this day because I was in the area. They had everything that I needed, Starbucks included, lol! When I first walked in, I noticed that it was clean and everything was laid out the way other locations are. They had the infamous 1-5-dollar items. I always look for items I can use as teaching tools for my baby boy. I also ended up getting him and outfit, all of his weekly lunch and dinner items, and other necessities. This past weekend me & my mother were visiting home coming from Atlanta, Georgia and we wanted to stop at target for some quick groceries around 8/9 PM at this target and wanted to use self checkout However one of the target employees were insanely rude to us and visibly racially profiled my mother & I her comments made me very uncomfortable and I didn't feel welcome at all! She also stared at my mother the entire time she was ringing up her groceries but didn't stare at the people after us or before us! Target please do better I've never experienced service so distasteful and un inviting EVER if you're African American and in Memphis tn beware for an older white woman with long grey hair. read more

What's not to love about Target?? Sure, parking can be a bit ridiculous and the lines are long, especially self checkout, but Target can be a happy place! I found my happy place in the book section and of course no trip is complete without snacks! Some items are priced higher than other big box stores, but I have found Target online prices to be better than in store Target for things I need. Associates have always been friendly and helpful, especially when I get confused about trying to use the app barcode and coupons on the app, and phone to pay for purchases. Average target. Prices are higher than Walmart but quality is slightly better and more importantly the crowds always seem less. No fidgets to be seen. I think the selection in general is better at Walmart. But target did have kettle weights unlike Walmart (I think they were just out of stock maybe). Starbucks available in store as well. read more

another Saturday errand. The drive up pickup option works wonders. I placed my order and it was ready in a matter of minutes. This could be because I only order a few groceries, but still the fast service was appreciated. The staff was masked up and put with my order in no time. I would definitely do this again. I Do NOT recommend. Now, I'm not one to loosely throw around racist speculations however, I can't think of any other reason I'm followed by a loss prevention member EVERY single time I visit this location. I visit often because it's only 10 minutes from my home so, there's that. They really aren't good at being discreet either and I let them know that I know I'm being watched every time. I sadly gave them the benefit of doubt because I often have my laptop bag with is also a purse so it's pretty big. However, I'm done being understanding and so, I'll just take my money where I'm appreciated. My husband and I shop there at LEAST twice a week. All in all do better, I so desperately wanted to pull up bank account to let them know I definitely don't need to steal. To be fair, without this issue this Target would be perfect. This Target is an absolute train wreck. Every department is a mess - could hardly get a cart through the aisles, especially in the shoes. I picked up several items that were on wrong size hangers and there were mountains of clothes piled on shelves and the floor. Don't even get me started on the bathroom. There were puddles of water and sopping toilet paper on the floor, blood and urine on the seats and toilet paper dispensers, and I truly did not want to touch anything in there. No complaints about this Germantown Target! It's not the newest Target, and it's not the oldest, either. Great Starbucks and snack area up front; moms, please control your children! Big help in the electronics department when I needed Wii accessories for my son's new Wii at Christmastime. Newly expanded grocery and freezer section are great for last-minute items like bread, frozen pizza, and *expensive* bananas. Target has a bit of everything, even the items you may not need. I typically go to Target for a bottle of shampoo and walk out having spent $200. read more

One of my favorite locations - Collierville too. Drive up is very helpful. The only con is if the item is not in store, they will NOT substitute. However, the app will let you know the item is missing - ask if you wish to cancel, ship, or shop at a diff store. Perhaps a substitution button should be listed for certain products. read more

I recently had surgery, and though I typically get prescriptions filled at CVS, my mom brought mine to Target to get filled (she was in charge of my care as I could barely walk and I was a loopy mess). Needless to say, I might return to Target for all of my prescriptions. They were filled on time, and the pharmacist was very particular about asking my mother if she had any questions. Once I was mobile, I filled a couple more prescriptions there; they didn't have one of the medications I needed, but they were able to order it and I received it the next day. If you take a rare medication, you may have to wait to receive it, as this isn't a specialty pharmacy. Once I picked up my meds, the pharmacist asked me if I had any questions and explained to me the precautions I needed to take for my medications. As a student nurse, I know how important patient education is, and they very obviously take this seriously at this Target pharmacy. As far as the store itself goes, it's a great location that is always clean and well-stocked. The employees are very courteous and abundant. read more

This time it is very clean. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have a nice little Starbucks café. There are well-stocked with toys and supplies. They usually havedecent sales. I come here often just to buy one thing and I wind up with a cart completely full with hundreds of dollars of things that I don't need. Beware it's easy to spend over your budget everything is so tempting to buy. read more

Do not do order online and pick up in store!!!!!! I ordered something today and they said it was ready and I sent someone to get it. They substituted for something cheaper and didn't tell me and charged me for what I originally ordered. I called and she said yea we don't change the price. And I said so you want me to pay more for this item than what it cost and she said I don't know what to tell you. You can bring it back if you want. And I asked do you not tell people when you substitute and she said no we don't. I am shocked at this. And only went to this location , which is out of the way, because it said the items were in stock. read more
