As we were preparing to leave, another customer overheard my friend say, "Let's go to a store where our money is appreciated." That customer immediately went and told the sales associate what she had heard. Only then, as we were walking out the door, did the associate finally acknowledge us. The experience was extremely disappointing. Every customer who enters a store should be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of whether the staff believes they will make a purchase. I can remember that they have the best delivery people in the business. I also remember my elderly parents buying a huge cabinet they had delivered, and that they wanted to move it a few years later. The SAME DELIVERY GUYS who originally brought it came back and moved it for them. I saw a negative review from someone who custom ordered something through Wilson's. Guess what? When you special order furniture from ANY STORE, you open yourself up to a myriad of problems. I've been through it. Don't blame the locals, they're at the mercy of the manufacturer. It's just a bad idea to buy that way. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
