Then it's hair, cosmetics, and body stuff.. up next are shoes. now to the meat of it, housewares, bedding and more household items. My favorite section. It's some good prices, unbeatable prices, especially for the value of the merchandise. In the center is clothes galore. Any red tag is a clearance item. Because prices are so good and the selection and quality of merchandise it's often a long checkout line, most of the time the cashiers are F and F. Fast and Friendly, gotcha. I've always liked TJ Maxx. There's a wide variety of things from makeup to snacks and such, and it's fun (occasionally costly) to explore because it's easy to find things for yourself while gifting for someone else. I like to get makeup/lotions from there, and I really like the area where they have different sauces, snacks, and products to try. read more

Fashionista Maxxinista, getting the Max for the minimum that's me lol. TJMaxx is always full of the randomness I love, luggage, jewelry, fragrances, body care items l, shoes, clothes, sleep/loungewear, shall I go on....anywho, this location is a good one that I frequent a lot, the store is generally stocked well. If you need luggage, high end jewelry, or a bunch of random good finds, pay them a visit. The staff was kind and friendly, the store was super mild around 1pm. read more

TJ Maxx is TJ Maxx. You have to look and look and look for what you want. If you find it, you have a great deal. I must be in the mood to go here and look around. I was in the mood I guess ‍. The location is usually pretty neat. There is staff around and they will call for additional support if the check out lines get too long. I will continue to support this location. read more

I'm usually obsessed with the store! I recently had an encounter where I didn't want a few items and the worker said to me (with an attitude might I add) "you gotta go put that back". Like I've never had a store employee encounter where they didn't put my free clothes on a rack. Traditionally, when I have a few items, and can remember where I got them, I'll go put them back but the attitude was crazy from this woman! read more

So they had a good selection on clothes but I was discriminated against today for the 1st time ever I was told to put my clothes on the rack so the associate could count it before I tried it on I told her I had 4 items she told me we have a new policy all customers have to place their items on this rack and we count them our self before u can go back their with ur items. Mind u I'm a hard working mom and I had my 8month old strapped to me so I chopped it up as I was discriminated against they didn't ask anybody else to do that. read more

I've always been a TJ fan, you can get some crazy fab deals on home goods, wall art and jewelry. I've never been a fan of the whole clothing section, and I bypass it every time I come here. I don't have the patience to dig through racks upon racks of clothing. On top of that, most of the clothing I've purchased from here in the past is very poorly made. In other words, there is a reason TJ's has those Ralph Lauren pants and Puma sports shirts. I will say that what they do have that's fabulous is a stellar purse and bag section- you can really find some good deals on designer bags here. I've purchased a few from here in my day and they all have held up quite nice, especially for the price. The other can't pass it up bargain is the baby section. Babies grow out of clothes so fast there is no point in spending wads of cash on clothes. TJ's always has a great selection for dirt cheap. They usually carry Carter's, and I've seen the same items on Targets racks for double the price. I have also just recently noted that they have a pretty stellar children's book section. Dr. Suess books for five bucks! Seriously?! I'll second the poor service, but what are you expecting? It's a chain discount store for pete's sake. read more

This is my spot for purses! Their bag selection, shoe selection, and house knick knacks are very appealing. I have searched department stores, Target, and shoe stores for a new bag and finally found one here for $30. They have some really cute boots unlike any I have seen at chain stores. Also, they carry an assortment of professional hair care products at a nice discount. If their clothes were more organized, they would have a higher rating from me. read more

went to the store 12/8 at 12:40 greeted by employees loudly discussing the dallas cowboys and "who's scared?". i could hear them all down the store. There were boxes of "stuff", merchandise blocking the aisle ways, so much that 6 feet of safety is now 3 feet. any oncoming customers made me claustrophobic. i left the store when i overheard two employees in the sock department. "aren't you assigned the check out?" "yeah, but i ain't going." Good bye, TJ. I'm staying home and shopping on-line. read more

True shoppers love shopping at TJ Maxx. They usually have some good items. I have bought pants, shirts, knick knacks, toys, and cologne. It takes a while to find something good but the price makes the search well worth it. read more

I don't care where I visit or live I'm always looking for a TJ Maxx store. This is a nice store and much more organized than most I've been to. They had a really nice collection of items there. I've found that every store carries a heavy collection of different things but this store seem to be about even; no large collection of anything specific. I'll be back for sure. read more

Albeit a little smaller then the other TJ Maxx's in the Memphis area, this one is cleaner, products are well visible - you don't have to feel like you're at a rummage sale - and you can actually find pretty nice pocketbooks and luggages here at great prices! Other good things to get here... linen, pots and pans - I got my red Le Creuset pot here at a bargain(!), decorative pillows and ralph lauren kid's clothing at prices that beat their outlet stores. Don't expect great service however. People who work at this store though a little 'nicer' then the one I've encountered at the other TJM, there is big lady here who scares me out of me panties! I swear... she is s-c-a-r-y... with a serious attitude. Think she's the manager and she never seems please to be there lol. All dressing rooms are closed. Lines are long checking out and long again when you have to return items that didn't fit. Easier to shop online and mail things back that don't work. I won't be going back until they open the dressing rooms. read more

The scattered, barely-sorted merchandise would be mostly non-issue if not for the extremely rude attendant at the dressing room (at 1:54 pm on May 4, 2018). She's not only nasty to me and my spouse, but to everyone else nearby. The cheap merchandise isn't worth it. I'd rather give my money to someone else. read more

Although the employees are nice when you talk to them, they never really ask how they can help you. I will be in the store for hours and not one person will ask if I am finding everything or if they can help me. I agree with multiple other reviews. The blonde lady manager is completely rude with customers. I work until late in the evenings sometimes and needed to grab a few things that night before going to work very early. ******It was about 9:55pm and I was trying to get my final selections in a hurry but knew the store was closing soon. The manager lady came up to me and said "ma'am please make your way to the front. you know we close at 10" in a very rude, snappy voice. When I simply tried to talk to her like a nice and decent human and let her know that I was finishing up and going to the front, she looked at me with a really sassy stern teacher look like she was didn't believe what I was telling her. I'm in my 20s and I'm an adult and she completely belittled me and made me feel like a small child. My husband used to work at a store like this and said they NEVER did that - especially not BEFORE the store had even closed. ***** read more

Tj maxx offers good deals. I bought some jeans and a shirt. The prices are good. It's just hard to find the size and design that you want.

I shopped over the x-mas holiday and I had the best customer service at least 3 times. They had a person who went out of her way to help me and her name was Bonnie. I hope she is stays in the Germantown store in Wisconsin. She also wore the cutest clothes I have ever seen. I asked her where she got them. She said TJ MAxx of course. Keep hiring people like that. NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN I DROP $500 to $800 or more each visit! Multiple layaway! I arrive after pick up date which is June 19 ... I come June 25 and they put back s $600 sale!!!! I'm livid..., 2.5 hours in the store and 60 items trying on and they put it all back! Why ask for s phone number if you won't contact your customer!!!!!! Sad poor customer service, business and hospitality! Utterly fucking ridiculous .... It was so much nice stuff I'm willing to bet the associates wanted the stuff and hopes it would be cancelled! The layaway was cancelled on the 21st two days after due out!!!! What the hell!!!! Talk about poor training and management!!!!!! I'll NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN BOUTIQUE AND ONLINE FROM NOW ON!!!!!!
