Service: Clothes Shopping On a Saturday right when they open is the best time to head to Marshalls for your clothing needs furniture needs kitchenware needs suitcase need. I was checking out the women's area for blazers they actually have a blazer for work and the size is my size. Inside the store was clean the people were super helpful to assist me during the process. What I like exactly about Marshalls is the discounted prices compared to other stores in the area or via online. Only thing I could do without is the super long line at the checkout register. I really need to work or just that better for the customers to support them during the purchase process. read more

I've shopped here many times through the years. I like the fair prices and selections. But today was not a good experience in at the check out. Three cashiers initially with 10 people in line not a big deal, but one cashier, I'm assuming a manager got tied up helping another cashier for about 8 minutes or so. There were about 30 people in line before she called another cashier. I am not the only one who was frustrated in line. I only purchased one item of which certainly could have waited but I did not want to take the item all the way to the back of the store where I picked it up instead of doing what many people do in placing their items on the impulse items shelves at the check out. The customers in front of you should always be a priority. This is why so many of us are shopping on line, to avoid situations like this. read more

7/13/23 They have a bunch of really cute Disney jewelry now. I ended up getting a cute grocery list notepad set and a birthday card. I couldn't find the bday cards and asked a worker who was happy to show me where they are. Right up front where the line starts. Lots of great goods! All different too! Waited in line to checkout. They were busy and it moved fast! Checked out and the worker was kind and wished a good day after paying. Great service and store! Highly recommended! read more

There's a lot of stuff here for everyone. Great place to find gifts. We are doing a gift a theme this year, we found pajamas for everyone that we are gifting. I am usually able to find clothes or accessories when I come here as well. The shelves are pretty stocked. It can get messy a lot of the time. Staff are usually busy working to organize and put things where they belong. The check out line goes by pretty quickly as well. The only complaint I have is that staff aren't that friendly. read more

I love Marshalls! They always have brand names for literally half the price or even less. If I need something unique I always try and look here first because I know I would get a great deal. They have everything from clothes to shoes (women, men, children), kitchen appliances and many decors for bathroom, living room, bed room, food etc... all for a good price. Decent Marshalls, laid out like a TJMaxx but not nearly the same level/amount of designer stuff. Didn't care for the shoe selection and nothing really caught my attention except for the very good back to school selections which were already pretty picked over in July. Managed to find a very cute quilt set for my niece for only $25 and at those prices you can get one often. read more

Marshalls has redone the store since my visit almost four years ago. It's brighter, neater, and much more fashionable in the way of clothing. I was not, however, very impressed with the housewares as the stock was small. When checking out with my perfume purchase, the clerk asked if I had found everything and I mentioned my intent had been to find pillow cases but the selection was nil. She recommended I go to their OTHER store, Home Goods. Ah ha, so that's how it works now. Good to know. read more

Great spacious clothing store that has more then just clothes. The service was not so stellar today but i don't usually go for the service i go for what they sell. I like the layout but i think the clearance area could use some organizing. I found the best pair of shoes and the price was pretty great too. Maybe I'm going about this review all wrong. You tell me, eh? I've never really been to a Marshall's before, though I knew it was a clothing store for the most part. I'm not going in with high expectations. Actually, I came here to look for a Red Scarf. Simple, right? Upon walking in, the first thing I notice is how bright this place is! Don't get me wrong, I liked how bright it was, but you certainly don't want that kind of exposure too long. The music made me feel like I was in the 1940's, though the holiday music did help. What annoyed me about the music is...they had actual advertisements playing! C'mon...I mean, I can understand advertising something your own store, but advertising other places as well? I felt like I was watching TV! I did eventually find some scarves and they even had a red one! $7 for a scarf? Not bad....I examined the material and was somewhat 'okay' with it. Passable at best. The Front Desk - At the checkout, I had to wait while the cashier was over having a chit-chat with another co-worker for a while until another came over and pointed out that I had been waiting. She came over and in a very drab voice, "I hope you found everything you were looking for." I kind of did, but I was being nice "I did, thank you!" Not ONCE did she make eye contact with me. Not even an attempt at a fake smile. I'm very sorry to inconvenience you with my business. I'll be sure not to do that again. I stood at the entrance writing a draft review for the place and noticed that the security alarms were going off for nearly every person walking through. I was kind of amused at how sensitive it was. What made me break out into a short chuckle was seeing this lady trying to find her way out. The exit is a glass cube-shaped room so she could not seem to find the opening sliding automatic door. She was confused for at least 30 seconds. I guess they didn't want people leaving easily. Overall...I was disappointed with this visit. Also, I came back half hour later to return the scarf as I found a much better, and higher quality one at the nearby Target. Perhaps their prices are decent, but I am going to wonder about the quality. I will do my clothes shopping elsewhere in the future. read more

I was away for a week from home and I realized my sneakers were making a clicking sound when I walk. How embarrassing, it felt like people around me knew when I was coming or going. On the second day of my trip, I decided to purchase a pair of sneakers. I went to a mall nearby and saw there was Marshall's listed in the directory. I found a perfect pair with a great deal. It was last season's style (last spring) sold for $34.99 was $69.99. I'm very happy with my purchase and it made my week. I didn't spend too much time in there because I was on a mission. The shoe department was I bit messy but it didn't bother me. I am pleased with the selection and the amount of inventory in my size, so I had a hard time choosing the style I wanted. I have a love and hate relationship when it comes to shopping at Marshall's. I love everything they carry , from brand name kids clothes to furniture to kitchen stuff and gym clothes/ shoes. I always end up spending way too much money:/ I bought a pair of Nike running shoes for my son for a very reasonable price, and a pair of high top Adidas which also was marked down about 40 % of original retail price. Whenever I can find a cool pair of kicks for my son , i get them for him from Marshall's since they are always between 20 to 50 % less than the original price. Once in a while I can find some LeCruiset pots and pans which are significantly less than the original price tags. Today I bought a set of Ralph Lauren pillows , and they were $19.99 for a set of two. Original price $40. And a queen size comforter set by Tahari for $89.00 which was significantly reduced from the original price tag. I'm happy with my finds today! read more
