Nostrom Rack had plenty of men's pajamas to choose from at a discounted price compared to the regular price. And that's a specific day it was raining so most the customers besides shopping was also getting umbrellas this way they could go back to their cars safely. Luckily I was parked in there by and didn't require an umbrella. Once you enter the store everything is marked and placed as it should the women's with the women's shoes the men's with the men's pants the luggage items the perfumes and cosmetics are displayed and marketed in the store. Overall I had an excellent customer service experience at Nordstrom rack. I definitely would be turning in the future.

Today I stopped by after shopping at Kirkland's next-door. I haven't been in the brick and mortar for a really long time and I was quite impressed during my visit. There wasn't a lot of staff on the floor, checking in or greeting, but there was more than one cashier, which is awesome so it didn't take too long to check out. Currently they are doing "rack "Friday sale. Red tags are an additional 40% off. I found a pair of nice jeans by the brand frame, which is pretty pricey brand and I only paid $38. They have a decent amount of purses, cosmetics, hair care, and plenty of good brands to choose from. I feel like their shoe inventory is massive here. The home section is pretty small and the children's as well. For there being so much in the store, they have everything laid out and organized. There's indicators upon every rack that let you know what brand you're shopping and it's easy to find your size. Kudos to the employees for keeping everything nice and neat!

I saw that they had the target counter replace it which I got from my Bestie kid. It took about an hour or so to put it together. They said it was super easy to follow instructions. Once it was completed, she had a ball. She plays with it all the time and I also purchased her the target shopping cart in a target basket. I am highly pleased at the Child absolutely adore his loves and plays with this target place and it's helping them know that communication skills and some math skills. 0930 11/15/25: Failures at mobile order pickup, customers service/return, AND cashier…read more Mobile order pickup: one of the items was a pop socket and it was the incorrect one, incorrect SKU, and the receipt SKU didn't match the incorrect product provided AND the product ordered. Not as big a deal as you'd think until... Customer service/return: They threw a fuss about their own mistake in how it was entered on the receipt and that 'we' were bringing them a ¿more? incorrect product. So that was an unnecessary money of employee combativeness. Cashier: next to us was someone coming to get Pokemon cards. They asked how many were left, the cashier said 4, and the customer said I'll take all of them. The limit on the sign says "Limit 2 packs per person". The customer was partially in the wrong for using the employee, but the employee in this case gets all the blame. This whole endeavor is a 0 star experience. ZERO!

My family and I decided to make a in person visit to Macy's On Blackstone in Fresno. Once we arrived We took the elevator due to the escalator was out. Right now is a July 4th sale event so items are on sale for purchase. The customer representative Malaky at the mens department was able to assist my autistic child with getting his measurements for a men's suit for his school yearbook photos. We had an excellent customer experience with Malaky. He took the time to actually assist us by taking the appropriate measurements with the first men suit purchase. The prices are right. Paola is very well mannered very sweet young girl she did not lose patience with me when I couldn't find the email she offered to help me which was very nice. She had Ed the security guard at the front door help me out to my car, he was very nice & very helpful. He then explained that if I got a Khols card, I could get 40% off another topper that would be better quality and last longer. I opted not to get a card, but appreciated the non- pushy approach. This particular visit was that I saw a Barbie scooter at the Clovis Burlington but did not get it, and decided I wanted to get it for my daughter to keep at her grandparents house. Today I just happened to be in the a Blackstone area, so I went in to grab the scooter. Imagine my surprise, when I walked in and could not enter the store with the entrance roped off, I started to ask if they were open yet, and the vested security guard ignored my question and gave a schpeal about needing everyone to stop before entry to improve shopping and security and I must wait. A few seconds later he let me through and then closed off the ropes again. I then watched this happen again and again as people came into the store. I guess I get it, it just threw me off. But I went and grabbed the scooter and a couple other sale Christmas items and went to stand behind the gentleman being rung up by the cashier. Then my friend the security guard came right up to me and pointed to a sign a bit of a way back and said " there's the line, please stand behind that sign and she'll be with you shortly." There was no one in "that" line and the sign was small and only one sided, so hard to think people will intuitively know what to do if they have never been there before, but the good thing is, my friend the security guard will let them know for sure. The gal who rung me up was actually very sweet, and so I mentioned not coming for the service, but I didn't have a bad interaction. Burlington is what it is.
